Mother Claims Lady Gaga Stole Her Daughter's Soul: Is She Crazy?

Although it sounds completely insane, Yana
Morgana claims Lady Gaga stole her daughter Lina's soul and is currently
possessed by it. But, some strange facts make the story a bit more
convoluted.
Lina in fact did work and record songs with Lady Gaga before committing suicide at the age of 19 in 2008, one month before Lady Gaga hit it in the mainstream. When Gaga's "Just Dance" video came out, Lina's boyfriend Tyler Schwab was completely bewildered. "It was the same style, the same look, the same music, the same voice, the same jaw line - the way they expressed themselves...And I was like, 'Is that Lina?' It was so, so shocking. It was like looking at a ghost."
Yana Morgana claims that, in addition to stealing her daughter's soul, Lady Gaga drew inspiration from her daughter, including her tortured persona. "Every other word she says is from Lina. She talks about having a dark and tragic life, but she had everything she wanted in the world," Morgana told the New York Post.
This isn't the first time that Gaga has been accused of stealing her image from someone. Rob Fusari, who recorded and co-wrote some of Lady Gaga's song, sued the singer earlier this year, claiming among other things, that he had created her persona and that Stefani Germanotta (aka Lady Gaga) was a completely different artist before he worked with her. Guess who else Rob Fusari help mold at the same time? You got it! Lina Morgana.
Despite everything, Yana Morgana is not seeking monetary retribution or planning on taking her allegations to court. She just wants her late daughter's music to be released...and have Gaga let go of Lina's soul.
