Very strange what happened to Barack Obama’s lawyer, Judith Corley.

On April 26th, 2011 she entered the White House and according to the visitor logs she never left.

Remember when White House General Counsel Bob Bauer told the story1 about how Corley had hopped a plane from D.C. to Honolulu Hawaii just to get an envelope from Loretta Fuddy,2 the Director of the Hawaii Health Department, to bring back to Obama? The envelope purportedly3 contained two paper photocopies of Obama’s original long form Certificate of Live Birth.

The Hawaiian Independent reported that Corley "appeared in person at the Hawaii DOH building in Honolulu..."4

Legal BISNow interviewed Corley and writes that she picked them up on Oahu and that, “….after her 13.5-hour flight with the signed authorization from the president in hand, beach visits weren’t in the cards: she turned around and came right back the next day. Still, the 27-hour roundtrip flight afforded a good opportunity to catch up on both reading and sleep.”5

Bauer says Corley delivered the documents to the White House on April 26th around 4:30pm. So she left on April 25th and came back on April 26th,.

The White House held a Press Conference on April 27, 2011 trumpeting the arrival of the “real” birth certificate. Obama even made an appearance to announce that he was “tired of all this silliness”.

We know now and indeed within a few hours after the White House posted the “real” birth certificate on their website, that it is an abject forgery.6 It never existed on paper, it was not a scanned photocopy of an original paper document, it was a computer created forgery.

That got me to thinking. Why would Corley fly to all the way to Hawaii to pick up a forged PDF file? It could have just been emailed to the White House.

So I thought it would be interesting to check the White House visitor log for April 26th, 2011. The day Corley purportedly arrived with photocopies of Obama’s “original” birth certificate.

People can’t just go to the White House willy nilly. The person or employee you are visiting at the White House has to request a visitor’s pass, where they note the expected time of the guests arrival and departure. The visitor has to be cleared by the Secret Service and logs are kept of everyone who enters and exits.

Keeping track of entries and exits makes particular sense doesn’t it? How can there be any kind of security if someone could come in to the White House but you have no idea if or when they ever left. I mean day care centers do that surely the White House would and according to the Secret Service that is their practice.

The visitor log contains information compiled by the Access Control Records System (ACR) and the Workers and Visitors Entry System(WAVES) records.

Judicial Watch, who sued the Obama Administration to make these records public,7 describes how the ACR and WAVES8 systems work:

These two overlapping sets of records are used by the Secret Service to clear and track visitors to the White House Complex. WAVES records consist primarily of information provided to the Secret Service by authorized White House Complex pass holders [the person you are visiting at the White House or an employee acting on their behalf.] regarding proposed visitors to the White House Complex. 

The authorized pass holder electronically submits to the Secret Service information such as the identifying information of the visitor, including name, date of birth, and Social Security number, the date, time and location of the planned visit, the name of the staff member submitting the request, the name of the person to be visited, and the date of the request. 

The Secret Service uses this information to perform background checks on the proposed visitors to determine if there are any security concerns and to verify the visitor's admissibility at the time of his or her visit. 

Once an individual is cleared into the White House Complex, he or she is normally issued a visitor pass. The use of these passes at electronic pass readers located at the entrances to and exits from the White House Complex generates the second type of records - ACR records. 

The ACR records include information such as the visitor's name and pass number, the date and time of the swipe, and the post at which the swipe was recorded. After a visit, WAVES records are normally updated electronically with ACR information regarding the time and place of entry and exit.

I looked up the visitor log for April 26th, 2011 on the White House Website and this is what it showed for Judith Corley:

According to this record Judith Corley never left the White House.

The appointment for Corley was entered in to the computer at 12:00 AM on April 26th , the appointment start time was for 5:00 PM that day.

The actual time of arrival was 17:11 or 5:11 PM when Corley, or someone, swiped the actual visitor pass card. The estimated end time of the appointment was April 26th at 11:59 PM.

The visitor log shows that there is no time of exit for Judith Corley on April 26, 2011. The visitor pass issued to Judith Corley was never swiped to record a time of exit. It was swiped when she purportedly entered the building but not when she purportedly exited.

Maybe you are thinking that after such a grueling flight Corley was too tired to take a cab home and stayed overnight in the Lincoln Bedroom. There is no record of Judith Corley being at the White House on April 27th, 2011.

Is our Secret Service really that lax? I know you are laughing right now because they did, after all, let Obama gain access to the White House and the Presidency with fake ID but let’s pretend for a minute that they actually do their job with screening and keeping track of White House visitors.

Does it make sense that the Secret Service would establish a system of entry and exit so they know exactly who is in the White House at all times and then not enforce it? How do they know who is in the White House if no one has to swipe their visitor pass at time of entry and exit?

Yes, this is the same Loretta Fuddy who died on December 11, 2013 in a very suspicious plane crash in Hawaii. There were nine passengers. Engine failure forced an ocean landing which, according to the video taken by one of the passengers, was very smooth. All of them made it out of the plane, with life jackets on, and into the approximately 70 degree water, safe, sound and very much alive. At some point, while they were floating in the water Fuddy let go of her Deputy Director’s hand, Keith Yamamoto, and floated away, unresponsive. At least that’s what Yamamoto purportedly told someone after the rescue. The new Director of the Hawaii DOH, Gill, announced at a press conference that Yamamoto would immediately go on a scheduled vacation.
