HERE’S WHY THE RNC HAS BEEN SO SILENT ABOUT RAMPANT VOTER FRAUD

HERE’S WHY THE RNC HAS BEEN SO SILENT ABOUT RAMPANT VOTER FRAUD

Since before November’s election, many of us have been kicking and hollering about the widespread voter fraud reported, but to no avail.
First, we had complaints from voters in at least six states that their intended votes for Mitt Romney on electronic touchscreen voting machines came up as votes for President Barack Obama.
Next we had reports of noncitizens being pressured by unions to register and vote in Nevada.
Then we had a number of voters across the country in a bit of a shock when they were told by poll workers on Election Day they had already voted, even though they hadn’t. At the same time, others bragged about voting multiple times on Twitter.
Next, we had reports of Obama oddly getting over 99% of the vote in certain precincts on Election Day.  In fact, there were a substantial number of precincts where Mitt Romney got exactly zero votes. This doesn’t make any sense.
In addition to all these reports, True the Vote also documented:
Yet despite all these reports, crickets still seem to be chirping at the Republican National Committee (RNC).
HERE’S WHY…
In the 1982 consent decree, the Republican Party made an agreement effectively barring the RNC from “engag[ing] and assist(ing) in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the court’s approval in advance.” They basically made an agreement with the Democratic Party NOT to ensure voting integrity and NOT to pursue suspected vote fraud.
The reason for the 1982 consent decree was because during the 1981 New Jersey gubernatorial election,According to The Judicial View:
“The RNC allegedly created a voter challenge list by mailing sample ballots to individuals in precincts with a high percentage of racial or ethnic minority registered voters and, then, including individuals whose postcards were returned as undeliverable on a list of voters to challenge at the polls. The RNC also allegedly enlisted the help of off-duty sheriffs and police officers to intimidate voters by standing at polling places in minority precincts during voting with National Ballot Security Task Force armbands. Some of the officers allegedly wore firearms in a visible manner.”
To settle the lawsuit, the RNC and RSC entered into the 1982 consent decree. According to True the Vote, the decree roughly states today:
▪    The RNC may only be sued by the DNC for enforcement issues;
▪    Any activity to fight voter fraud must be submitted to the courts for a 10-day preclearance process (think Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act);
▪    Voter fraud prevention or “Ballot Security” is defined as “any program aimed at combating voter fraud by preventing potential voters from registering to vote or casting a ballot;”
▪    Poll watching is defined as “stationing individuals at polling stations to observe the voting process and report irregularities unrelated to voter fraud to duly-appointed state officials” (Emphasis ours);
▪    The Decree expires December 1, 2017 – with detailed caveats.
True the Vote continues:
“After the initial agreement, the RNC tried multiple attempts to get out of the deal, amid new evidence of fraudulent voting activities and new law. Each time, however, the federal courts denied the request and ceded little room for adjusting the agreement. Though this agreement only applies to the national parties, it effectively squashes any attempt at a coordinated effort for election integrity.”
True the Vote also explains the two glaring issues with this consent decree:
  • First, the decree effectively robs poll watchers (and the ballot stakeholders that put them there) of their most important function: spotting and neutralizing attempted voter fraud. Indeed, poll watchers will mostly make note of procedural errors that could have negative impacts on voters. However, poll watchers also improve overall faith in the system when electors know that ALL of the rules are being enforced.
  • Second, the definition of “Ballot Security” sets an unreasonably high, yet undefined bar for what are acceptable anti-voter fraud operations. If the RNC wanted to execute a plan that prevented non-citizens from registering and voting, the courts would basically tell them to not press their luck. The RNC is effectively jammed: choosing between developing a system that the federal court and the DNC agree would be flawless or spending time and energy on developing issue ideas or get out the vote efforts. Time and money being finite, the RNC picks GOTV over “Ballot Security.”
Quite frankly, the whole thing is a mess! The Democrats can basically commit voter fraud and get away with it — without the RNC ever stepping in to do anything about it.
However, in an e-mail interview with Catherine Engelbrecht from True the Vote, she said, “There are some important points that need to be made though — the main one being that the 1982 consent decree only effects actions of the national party, not state or local which is where elections and ballot security should be focused anyway.”-
In other words, the solution to this problem is YOU. The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 in particular, empowers all of us to fight for clean registrations and fair elections in our own communities:
  1. Be sure to support voter ID requirement laws in your state.
  2. Get involved. You can sign up to become a volunteer here: http://www.truethevote.org/volunteer/

Still think we can fix the broken system? Or change things from within?
Keep dreaming. In the meantime, you can find me on the front lines, ACTING to secure my freedom and the freedom of our children and future generations.
Join the movement for Liberty! It’s a worthy cause!

You might want to move to the boonies in order to be able to protect yourself. I have my eye on a county whose population is about 10,000. IN bad times, anyone you find on your property is probably up to no good and you can pull down on them with NO ONE objecting. Since there are no bus lines or mass transit or Section 8 housing, crime is relatively low. And I assure you, EVERYONE in the county is armed.
      • JohnGaltTexas
I’ve been think about that a lot too, or another country to move to. The thing about this tyrant thugocracy is that I do not think they will ever just leave you alone to mind your own business and live your own life. Once they confiscate your money and the right to defend yourself thay have you.

oh, no! They have people that are independent, live off the grid and homeschool
        • Rattlerjake
Moving to another country makes you equivalent to a Mexican! Instead of staying in Mexico and standing up and fighting to improve their country and way of life, they run across our border and are helping these libtards to destroy this country too. The way I see it is this is MY country, and I would rather be dead than let socialism and communism take it, or move to another useless country. There is NO OTHER FREE COUNTRY AFTER US!!!
      • blondejustice1
Tell me what county. I want to move there!!!!

What county is that in Texas? I used to live there and I miss it very much!

Julie, how are you going to do that. As a Texan, I don’t have power myself, but I will stand with others and then we can. What is the Liberty Movement.
      • http://www.texasnationalist.com/index.php/the-petition Julie
You can read about, sign the petition (one with teeth that will convince the TX Legislature that we want a vote, not the weak White House “petition”), and join at “texas nationalist (dot) com”. Also on Facebook. You can click on my profile and follow my FB link, too, if you’d like.
We are very serious and we are making headway with the Texas Representatives and with the Texas people. We need more voices, though. People who are serious about liberty and independence! :) I hope you have a chance to look at the info.
    • Winston Hibler
I suggest that people get involved in getting their state legislatures to vote for secession, or at least to commit to nullification of unconstitutional (which is most of ‘em) federal acts. Talking to the traitors in Washington is a waste of time.
      • http://www.texasnationalist.com/index.php/the-petition Julie
Precisely what we are doing at Texas Nationalist Movement. This is a states issue, not a fed issue.
      • http://www.facebook.com/ThunderBirdWoman1 Barbara Johnson
It probably wouldn’t work. The states seem to be too dependent on Federal money coming in.
        • http://www.texasnationalist.com/index.php/the-petition Julie
Where do you think those federal dollars come from?
Do yourself a favor and research the matter just a bit. Texas Nationalist Movement (TNM) has a “Q & A” page on their website just to get you started. Click on my profile and follow the link if you’d like.

Since when does the consent order mean anything? The Demcrats have ignored the laws on a lot of issues, and don’t seem any worse for wear. The Republicans should just say they’re not going to follow the consent decree because it is too onerous, unconstitutional, and oppressive.
With all of their so-called “smart” lawyers at their disposal, you’d think the RNC could have figured this problem out in 30 years. They obviously don’t have the will to ignore the consent order and move on. They should allow the matter to be brought to court numerous times, and take it to the Supreme Court to get it struck down on grounds that the consent order is stale and doesn’t apply in today’s political climate.
    • http://twitter.com/AlRoberts3 Al Roberts
Your logic is absolutely correct. This would indicate that the Republican Party is complicit in forcing our nation under this communist/Muslim President.
This is reenforced by the vote on January 1, 2013 on the FISCAL CLIFF. Boehner and the establishment Republicans CAVED.

I have just about decided that we may all be fools in thinking that there are 2 opposing partys-democrats and republicans with different goals. It appears to me that the same people[george soros etc.]are controling both partys.I hope i am wrong but why does the gop leaders cave in all of the time? Why dont they fight all the allegal things that obama does?

Exactly what I was thinking . What is the “penalty” for violating a “consent order”? Sounds like a GOP excuse for not doing anything serious for voter fraud. Voter fraud is a criminal act is it not?

The GOP helped enable him though. They are all at fault!

If there is a patriot lawyer out there please tell us how this decree can be set aside. We need to have this removed immediately. Otherwise why vote? Forget what the RNC may have done, it is an infringement on our rights to fair and honest elections. The courts have allowed for election fraud to take over the process.
    • http://twitter.com/AlRoberts3 Al Roberts
The judge was a liberal democrat and KNEW what he was doing. So did the Republicans who agreed to it. The Bilderbergs wanted the Republicans to APPEAR to be opposing the corruption of our government while NOT REALLY DOING ANYTHING.
      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_X6S2C4KXAJDP4EM6FW7SL62TPQ Erik
And thats what is happening now. They make a little noise about everything, everything that obumma does, but really don’t do anything of substance. It’s just a look good, wring our hands thing. bunch of crap, complicite all the way.

We need to march on DC with Lots of rope and tar and feathers !!!
        • Ray
No, it takes guns to stop tyranny, they know it & we should know it as well! You just saw what happens to your peaceful little marches! They’ll have guns to dismiss you & your signs & pitchforks, we need guns to keep us free! Looks like they figure it’s time to move on us & take complete control.
          • WASP
No, Ray. Guns will get us control–hanging is what tyrants deserve. We need to stop screwing around with the criminal fascist in the democrap party. Hunt down that judge and hang him. Hang about 500 of the crooks in congress–repubs included. After real Americans, with a lot of work from the Tea Party, voted in the class of 2010 and took control of the House, what happened? Nothing! They sold us out. So, as far as I’m concerned, the majority of them are traitors, and hanging is their fate.

I agree with you Al Roberts. It Just goes to show how stupid the RNC was and still is. Your theory is absolutely correct and to prove it, all you have to do is look at what Boehner is doing in the House. He obviously is a Bilderberg and thus will cave on anything Obama, George Soros, and the left-wing nuts want to do. What we need is good conservative candidates who will not sell out to the New World Order.
      • Rattlerjake
This definitely helps to explain how Obuthead came out of nowhere and has been elected twice (mysteriously). This also shows how stupid the GOP is to have agreed to this. But, all that aside, how can this provision be legal, when it obviously gives one party FREE REIGN and explicitly allows fraud and election manipulation without consequence?
      • Bill Wood
THE CONSENT DECREE IS A FRAUD. A JUDGE CAN NOT ORDER THAT A FELONY IS TO BE IGNORED. THAT IS A CRIME ITSELF CALLED MISPRISON OF FELONY. THE JUDGE HAS **NO** JURISDICTION TO ISSUE AN ORDER THAT A FELONY IS TO BE IGNORED. THAT ORDERS IS COMPLETELY VOID. DON’T THEY TEACH LAW IN LAW SCHOOL ANYMORE? DUMB QUESTION–WE GOT OBAMA…
    • TheSunDidIt
This explains why and how they’ve been stealing elections for decades. WHO was the STUPID IDIOT that would sign such a one-sided agreement?

It is getting to the point that the RNC and GOP in general are making bad decision after bad decision. I say it’s time for a good strong Third Patriot Party with individual that believe in the Constitution and the power of We the People.

Why don’t all Republican registered voters, register as Independents. Our voice wouldn’t be silenced then because it applies to the Republican party.. First thing Monday morning.
        • Biker
Why don’t we all register as Tea Party members and really piss off the demon-crats who are destroying this country!!! Whoever in the GOP that agreed to and signed this agreement should be shot with a very large assault rifle with a clip of 8 or more capacity.
          • http://www.facebook.com/ThunderBirdWoman1 Barbara Johnson
The ‘Tea Party” is not listed as being a party affiliation for voting.
          • http://twitter.com/Kathlena_1 Kathlena
In addition to Barbara Johnson’s point the word “teaparty” has been demonized too badly and represents a movement not party. Independent IS recognized.
        • NHConstitutionalist
Good idea Donna.I have to wait until March to change affiliation but I’m going to do just that. It will send a message to Bohner and the rest of the do nothing clods.

I already did, right after Obama was “re-elected”.

I agree Donna. We need to re-register as Independents.
      • John Probst
but the Third Party needs to set aside some of the Religious Right stuff that divides while still fighting the War against Christianity
        • Rattlerjake
Exactly right. Christians don’t get that there are plenty of conservatives that have the same morals and political beliefs but just don’t follow their religious belief, and are NOT atheists.
          • WASP
You’re right, Jake. The “fundamentalist” bible thumpers have alienated voters (that would have voted conservative) with their rigid exclusionary ideology. These morons will eventually have to realize that there are conservatives every bit as moral as the fanatics, but because they believe in giving people the freedom to believe what the want, even if it differs from these “Christian taliban”. If we want to take back our country, these loosers are going to have to get the F out of the way, cause they’re more part of the problem than they are part of the solution. They bear some of the responsibility(along with copious amounts of election fraud) for the re-election of that mulatto Hitler.
          • http://twitter.com/Kathlena_1 Kathlena
Good grief you sound like a lib. There should not be a WAR on anyone that is a true American. You can’t lump all Christians together anymore than you can lump all libertarians or any other group together. We are all individuals, the rights we all hold dear are the only thing needed to bind us together. Why not concentrate on attacking the real enemy. It’s not even just democrats either, there are some old time dems just as angry as we are at those who usurp our liberties. I’m a true Independent, always have been always will be. I’m also a Christian who believe one should live and let live. Let’s all work together against the NWO fascists who want to destroy our mutual freedoms instead of looking for a fellow American to blame.
          • http://twitter.com/Kathlena_1 Kathlena
Hm, haven’t met this huge group of Christians who all seem to think this according to you but if I do I’ll let them know it’s not the way to go. I happen to have plenty of non Christian friends and we get along just fine as our beliefs regarding politics are the same.
        • Flayer
I will never join a party that fights a “war on Christianity” and I’m not Christian. IfmI wanted to fight such a war I’d just become a Democrat.
    • carinne
Exactly, there is no reason to vote . Wish i would have known about this before the election so I could have prepared. I am sick. Every vote counts should be every Republican vote counts for the democrats. It’s not fair and it is not suppose to happen in America. They should at least tell all registered Republicans. This is so wrong.
    • http://www.facebook.com/ThunderBirdWoman1 Barbara Johnson
Still vote, but vote for a 3rd party candidate. The GOP will see that they can no longer get votes, and will have to stop indulging in their tomfoolery!
      • Flayer
No, this exactly what the Democrats want. We must remain united, work to improve from within. We now have 30 Statehouses! Obama’s whole 2nd term agenda is to destroy them GOP. Why do you want to hand him that victory…unless you are actually from his team?
  • rivahmitch
Please identify WHO at the RNC consented to this and whether or not that/those individual(s) are still involved in the RNC. If so, it’s time for a major bloodletting within the RNC.

Don’t waste your time and effort. Just bail. They are adamant that they are NOT going to let ANYONE else have any say in the Party.
Start the CHRISTIAN TEA PARTY at your location RIGHT NOW. This is the ideal time. Plenty of time to get real conservatives to switch. And the Republican will be just like the Whigs, who also refused to represent their consittutents.
      • rivahmitch
I actually think we’re beyond the point where we’ll see honest elections again in the country which means we’re beyond considering election strategies at all. This is why the founders wisely provided the 2nd Amendment as “the palladium of the liberties of a republic”.

I really don’t get this. As someone stated above, the validity of has been confirmed. Let’s also say there is no way to get around this agreement, it will just expire 2017.

    • http://twitter.com/AlRoberts3 Al Roberts
It just depends on WHO is fraudulent. The ones who publicly fight fraud and the media supports them, don’t mind the Democrats from cheating here. And overseas, they only “try” to suppress fraud where they don’t like the incumbent.

    • http://twitter.com/AlRoberts3 Al Roberts
Start the CHRISTIAN TEA PARTY. All conservatives welcome.
      • JohnGaltTexas
I would call it the American Tea Party. While I am a Christian and espouse and live by Christian values, many who would otherwise be allies in saving the republic do not. One would find that it is possible to abide by a moral and social code and not be a Christian. I believe that the disposition and judgement of the believer and non-believer are left to God, not us. In order to save the republic, we must find common ground and a framework to save the nation from fiscal destruction, ensure our security, and get rid of the draconian intrusion of government into every aspect of our lives that deny us our God (or Supreme Being et al) given liberty and freedom, and co-exist in peaceful tolerance of others to live their lives as they so choose as long as no one else gets hurt or their rights infringed. The demon traitor infesting the whitehouse is using our differences to demonize, divide and have us destroy ourselves. Everyone who is an American should have the same rights, privileges, opportunity and freedoms as every other American; no more, no less. The right to disagree, the right to be different, the right to believe and worship as one sees fit, the right to peacefully co-exist with others who disagree is fundamental.

However, the question remains shouldn’t we be cleaning up the voter rolls beginning now? The rolls must be purged of all non-eligible (illegal) voters on an ongoing bases not waiting until the last 6 months before an election and then attempting to clean it up. Furthermore, get rid of the machines that caused the problem and investigate why those problems happened. This is not an overwhelming problem if we act now, but if we wait it may never get done. Who’s in charge of these things? Let get going on cleaning up the problems now! There should also be laws passed to make the penalty for voter fraud much more severe. Like 5 years in a penitentiary and a million dollar fine, two convictions and the penalty should be life.

EXACTLY, Arizona Dan! PolitiChicks.tv is going to start working with True the Vote to try to clean up some of this stuff far before the elections. Seems people are always up in arms a few days before & after elections–then they treat it like Christmas, box it up and put it away until they need it again & the cycle starts all over. We can’t allow that anymore & now that we know this, if we allow this fraudulence to continue without a fight we have no right to complain when we lose.
    • JohnGaltTexas
What you will also note is that since the algore debacle in 2000, most state voter operations are now infested with demoncRATS starting at the secretaries of state down to the precincts. Elections really do have consequences, especially the meanings and consequences now of the R and the D. I’ll leave it to you to figure out how successful cleaning up the voter fraud skullduggery would be. We’re now a 3rd world banana republic of subjects not citizens. As obamadinijhads old pal and mentor Joe Stalin once said, “its not the voters that determine elections, its those who count the votes who do.”. Our voting system is now built on the stalin model thanks to the demoncRAT party of treason vermin.
    • TheSunDidIt
Yes, don’t wait for another election. Force the issue in your own districts until the rolls are purged of illegals, felons, and the dead.
    • Rattlerjake
We should also be pushing for a change to the voting amendment where any individual that is receiving entitlement benefits (welfare, hud, food stamps, sibsidies, pell grants, unemployment, etc.) from the government, except those that earned it through contributing, should lose their voting privileges. The only way they can reinstate those privileges is to go off of all freebies for at least 18 months.

Wrong. The Tea Party has adamantly refused to deal with ANY issue that is NOT fiscal. And they have endured the insult and power grab of Rule 15 or whatever without doing a THING. You can forget the Tea Party. They are now DEFANGED.
Get the REAL conservatives together. LIke Allen West, Phyllis Schlaffly, Santorum, Chuck Norris, Dr. James Dobson, Sarah Palin, Ron Paul, etc. Find a way to energize them and start a CHRISTIAN TEA PARTY. If you don’t like the name, find another.
But include ALL conservatives. (Christians are the ONLY religion that is being suppressed by liberals and media. So make sure you include them. There are still millions of them who are still REAL CHRISTIANS and not part of the eucemenicals.)

What’s really wrong is that 63 million voters don’t care if the election is legal or illegal – that my friends is what is wrong with America – there are not very many truly honest people left in our nation! The rules are only for fools and suckers. Children are taught to cheat in the home and then in school – families are broken because spouses cheat on each other – colleges are rampant with cheating – and thus we’ve reverted the world of Dr. Spencer – might is right or the survival of the fittest (i.e. the one with the most money or weapons).

You are absolutely RIGHT, Al. back in the 80s, Pat Robertson tried to do just that–but was railroaded out of the picture by the BUSH machine. They couldn’t get anything on Pat…so they jumped on that loose cannon Jim Bakker and HIS sexual scandal–which had absolutely NOTHING to do with Pat Robertson; but they destroyed ALL evangelical credibility using “guilt by association” and thus successfully undermined Pat’s political career as a contender for the presidency. There was a lot of collateral damage too–religious broadcasters were DROPPED left and right by TV stations. The Bush family dynasty has done MORE damage to America than anyone realizes….and THIS is the reason we have Obama today…all because of BUSH. America is paying for this…

Another MAJOR reason they republican party did not challenge voter fraud was because of THEIR massive fraud in keeping RON PAUL down , the party elite were scared to death he would win the election because his policies were no more supportive of their party’s goals than the demonrats , in other both parties are more concerned for their POWER than the welfare of he nation . WE NEED THE TEA PARTY TO SAVE AMERICA !!!
    • http://twitter.com/AlRoberts3 Al Roberts
Not so. Both parties are controlled by the Bilderberg and like type groups. This was evident since 1964 when Goldwater ran. When he started, he was a real conservative. But by the time of the election, he had MORPHED into something like ALL THE OTHER POLITICIANS.
Think about Palin and Santorum. Both dropped out WITHOUT a really good reason. I TRULY believe SOMEONE made a viable, believeable threat against them that they BOTH believed.
It is a shame that we have no one who will stand for God IN THE GAP. Unlike our Founding Fathers, NO ONE is willing to give up their life for our liberty.

These people are the worst of the criminals running rampant over our country. • Fred xsocal
Voter fraud is rampant. This is not on one party. It is on all of us. No one cares. My parents used to host the local elections back in the land line only dark ages and it was not clean then. If you can fire up groups to clean up one tiny community at a time then I’m in. If it works then people have to make their vote honest, one booth at a time.
I voted at a nice part of LA near the coast in a VFW hall. Wonderful community with friendly people. If I wanted to I could have voted for my girlfriend’s late father (absentee and in person) and as myself also (twice). No one cares.
I once registered voters in a target section of the work force, it was assumed that they would favor one of the major parties. I registered many and got one or two Republicans and a few Democrats. I did get myriad other parties and I was told that it was not worth their trouble to register because their voice was not of interest to anyone. I reported this. Oh, and no one cared.

Until we hold offenders to the fire and administer severe punishment its only a slap on the hand. “After the initial agreement, the RNC tried multiple attempts to
get out of the deal, amid new evidence of fraudulent voting activities
and new law. Each time, however, the federal courts denied the request

That “agreement” is against the “LAW”, and is UNLAWFUL. Anyone who agreed to this travesty has breached their OATH and must be removed from office, INCLUDING ANY “JUDGE” WHO UPHOLDS THAT FRAUDULENT “AGREEMENT”. This “agreement” is an agreement to break existing LAW and is, therefore, INVALID.

We need to get a viable 3rd party started NOW. We can’t wait for the RNC to give us another luke-warm Conservative candidate to decide we need a third party. If we wait too long, people that have been Republican all their lives will never change out of fear that a third party can’t win. Maybe for the mid-term elections we could have real conservatives backed by this new party run as Republicans, but they could state in advance that the day after the Nov 2014 election they will switch to the new third party. Hopefully in 3 years the new party would have credibility and maybe we could cause the colapse of the old GOP and the establishment clowns running it.

What about all the election fraud in the republican primary?
The GOP is as guilty as the democrats!
They don’t say anything about Obama’s eligibility.
The real reason they aren’t saying anything about all this fraud is that the democrats and republicans are working together to bring about the new world order.

    1. Term Limits. 12 years only, one of the possible options below..
    A. Two Six-year Senate terms
    B. Six Two-year House terms
    C. One Six-year Senate term and three Two-Year House terms
    2. No Tenure / No Pension.
A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they are out of office.
    3. Congress (past , present and future) participates in Social Security.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people.
    4. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
    5. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
    6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.
    7. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
    8. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/14.
The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen. Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.

    Your vote does not count.
The Baltimore Democratic machine in the 1930-40s bragged it could deliver the city
in any election with its 20,000 votes in a city of about 500,000 (then). Most
cities have political machines that resurrect the dead every two years. Today,
blatant fraud is even stronger as the political machines press for no ID to vote.
To paraphrase Josef Stalin, “It is not who votes that counts, it is who
    counts the votes that counts.”

This is beyond ridiculous. I refuse to accept that the RNC has the right to surrender the rights of all Americans to fair elections. It is an excuse and nothing more, for the treason at the highest levels of the party AND in the judiciary.
  • 1_Eddie_1
This is why the Republican party must die. A new party should be formed. The Republic is at stake.
  • Guest
If RNC is unable to stand up for the rights of the people, then it is time for the formation of a new Party to represent the will of the people and uphold the constitution!
  • classicfit
Three million fewer Republicans voted for Romney in 2012 than voted for McCain in 2008. If those three million had shown up, it might be Mitt taking the oath tomorrow instead of the Liar.
  • Bruce Keyes
If this is not corrected the country is lost, it seems ok for the Black Panthers to intimidate but not anyone on the right. this MUST BE STOPPED, IT MUST BE STOPPED!!! For the sake of America get on top of this, the average citizen does not have the power, of the RNC
  • Gammi2Anna
My husband and I feel that we have wasted our time by going to the polls to vote in the past 2 Presidential and 1 Gov.’s election. Voter fraud was very evident. In the 2008 election our local newspaper printed the election results by district. Since the number of votes counted appeared to be high, I added all the district totals in our county and there were more votes cast than our county population. I called the registra’s office and ask for a final reporting of the election results, was promised to receive that report by mail but never did, even after repeated calls. After the nationwide voter fraud during this past election, we are ready to give up the idea that we will ever in our lifetime feel the pride of participating in our Constitutionally guaranteed right to vote in a legal and fair election process.

I don’t care about the deal the Republicans (more than likely a result of Watergate) made with the Dems, back in the 70′s. We the People didn’t make any such deal and we need to call them on it and then toss out that ridiculous agreement. Who is running this place anyway?
  • Larry
Kinda makes the necessity for a new party a reality doesn’t it? Sounds like our republican party has had its day and chance and blew it all. Of course, the third party….the press….would never allow it. They’ve got dumbed down America under its thumb and dishes the stupid out to the stupid…
  • PJ
    How is this even possible?
  • rank
Here is a suggestion. If every Republican/ConservativeTeaparty supporter that posts on the internet took one day, and called, emailed or sent a letter to the RNC telling them that we demand changes that support other than “old line candidates” they would have to listen. We can post here all we want, and the problem will not go away. A day of warning that they stand to lose massive support from huge numbers of people should be a warning to them, or a heads up to us that we do need to change. One thing that Democrats have is solidarity, while the rest of us run away unless it is our perfect candidate. Guess who is winning the elections?
    • wasntme
It’s a lot easier to win when you can make your own votes.
What a joke our country has become running around trying to convert the world to democracy when corruption is rampant here. The rest of the world laughs at us now.
  • Danny
The Media is just as bad as the politicians, first the media, then the voter registration and voting polls, and the laws in each state should be inforcing voter indentification at the polls. Every state should make sure any candidates that run for a seat as senator or house and make public where each candidate is receiving their funding from. The state has the power to regulate a lot of this because each member of congress is elected from a state. In order for our children to make the right choices they should be involved in church and the community. Our teachers should also be picked even more carefully in all of our schools. Our children will grow up as better and more responsible citizens if they are in a are raised as God fearing people. In most elections only 10 percent of Christians vote and not even a small percentage of churches even associate church and politics together. How is a person to vote for the lesser evil like the bible tells us, if we are not aware of the facts of each candidate.. If religion was included in politics then we would have more God fearing people in office and a better voice in our state as well as communities.
  • Mortimer
I’m tired of the republican party, I’d be more than willing to vote as a Tea Party member or as a conservative!
  • Morris
    AFFECTS, not effects!
  • sharon
another solution…abolish or -de-fund political parties & apply $$$ to debt…with modern technology, we do not need political parties–labels.
  • Martha Trowbridge
Preventing Voter Fraud and PROSECUTING VOTER FRAUD are too different issues. Forget the RNC. WE THE PEOPLE can PROVE it, forensically and via a certified CPA audit of voters / votes cast.

The American voter has been defrauded and there is no recourse for investigating let alone fixing the problem known as democratic voter fraud??!! Why should I be held in harm because of some agreement some dumbass RNC offical made over 20 years ago. So why doesn’t the RNC rename itself and file court papers under a different name. How about the Republican Senator Committee. How about Republican Party at the state level in all tthese states ?? Something needs to be done about all the voter fraud in these states in question. Every state that the Republicans run should have voter ID laws in the works and should be passed and enforced . Everyone that wants to vote has to show authentic voter ID, not utility bills from an address they have never lived at or do not presently live at. The crap that the poor people would be defrauded is bull. If they hold the right to vote that dearly then figure out a way to get your voter ID cards. But do it legally like we all do and they are free of charge. Get this fixed. This country will not last under this type of systemic fraud of our most charished right , the right to vote. The masses have already decided not to vote because there right to vote is so bastardised because of this fraudulent process.
  • Patrick J Carr
It’s getting more and more discouraging to even try to exercise the right to vote. We need a plan to see this changes.
  • gypsy314
Wrong is wrong and should not be pissed on like Americans votes do not matter.
  • http://www.facebook.com/Snowviper1 TR Strunk
Think about it. If all Republicans change to another party then that
party becomes the Republican party under a different name. This talk of
changing party affiliation is wrong. It divides us while at the same
time makes the Dem party stronger. The Democrats have many different
fractions themselves but are smart enough to stay together and keep
their party in power while the only party that can stop them quickly
divided. You are playing right into the lefts plan of divide and
conquer. The GOP is a family and a family sticks together. Keeps all
bickering in house and stands together against anyone who tries to
interfere. It seems many of you have forgotten that.
We need to come together. Become strong and recruit members into the
party. Speak as one and refuse to air our dirty laundry in public. It’s
talk like this that helps boost the moral of the Democratic party while
lowing the moral of the republican party which has been going on for
years now and I’m personally sick of it. Try standing up and being proud
of being a member of the Republican Party. Attack the Democrats in
public not Republicans and for pete’s sack stop with the conservative
title. You don’t hear anyone on the left claiming they are Liberal and
the reason for that is because both the “Liberal Title and Conservative
    Title” are turn off words.
Just be proud to call yourself a Republican. We need to build our ranks
and it won’t matter what law is out there. If 180 million people show up
to vote and the Dems only get 60 million and the Republicans get the
other 120 million we’ll win the election w/o question. Remember Obama
only won by 4 million illegal votes

Sounds like a good reason to maybe leave the GOP behind by starting a new conservative party. It hasn’t worked in the past but it may be time.
    • John Beach Hubbard
You’re right. It hasn’t worked in the past and if tried again in 2016 say hello to President Hillary Clinton. You fools who keep dividing conservatives with third-party numbskulls like H. Ross Perot will see the end of the United States if you don’t smarten up and reform the only viable party to challenge Democrats–the Republican Party.
  • LibertynFreedom4ALL
Screw the RepubliCrat party!! The Republican Corporate Fascisct Party of which I have been a member for 26 yrs., is worthless, not too mention they screwed a real leader/statesman/Constitutionalists (Ron Paul) over big time during the primaries with their own brand of voter fraud! I will never vote for a Republican again! I’m going Libertarian!
BTW McCain is nothing but a Treasonous Traitor, author of NDAA Indefinite detention act, scumbag!
    STOP…focusing on Left
    verses Right, Republican verses Democrat!!
    START…focusing ON…Government
    versus The People!!
    LOOK UP SHEEPLE!
    • John Beach Hubbard
It’s talk like this that paves the way for continued Democratic domination of Congress and the White House. Libertarians don’t stand a chance of winning major contests. In the past they have served only to disunite Republicans and steal valuable votes from legitimate conservative candidates. Libertarianism is a false hope and a political philosophy that might lead to ruin if ever it did become popular.
      • LibertynFreedom4ALL
I politely agree to disagree John. I am tired of the RINO’s like Boehner, McCain, Graham and their ilk in collusion withe the Obama regime. I’ll be honest I am a registered Republican only to vote in the Primaries so I do not get a RINO such as “Mittens” Romney. The Romneys and others that I just spoke of are part of the problem. I will NEVER vote the less of two evils…I wanted RON PAUL as he was truly ONLY the TRUE Conservative as to which you speak and he was screwed by the Karl Rove REPUBLICRATS! RON PAUL would have not only took the RepublicanLibertarian/Conservative, but he wiould have also took much of the “middle of the road democrat vote. Ron Paul would have been the ONLY Candidate to UNITE the American people. I am not a true Libertarian, however I lean that way. I was definitely not in favor of the Libertarian Candidate that ran for Governor in Virginia back in November against a true Conservitive/Libertarian such a Ken Cucinelli. If the Karl Rove Reublicrat/RINO scumbag party had actually helped Cucinelli that race might not have been lost to the Democrats. Instead of helping to finance Cucinelli they did not FULLY finance him to win, they gave very little help to him. My guess, and I am only assuming and yes…I should not assumebut I smell that you might possibly be a Chris”Krispy Kreme” Christy RINO, sorry dude that is not me, with all that said …no offense intended to you sir, just what I have come to believe. The two party system (Charade/Kabuki theater on the Potomac) is designed to keep everyone at each others throats, and divided.
I am ONLY interested in a Constitutional candidate for small government, get rid of the not so Federal “fractional reserve” Reserve bank CARTEL, printing out fiat money. I am interested in Freedom n liberty for all hence the name, and getting rid of “Banana Republics” as well as “the Kompany Store” to include the 1% of the 1% that control everything you and I do to include our elections. Notice how the Whore media is already TELLING us who our POTUS candidates are already??? You getting it yet? WAKE up dude! I spent 22 years in the military and swore an oath to you the American people, and that is still whom I am indebted to… THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES! Thank you John for allowing me to hopefully explain to you in part why I vote as I do. oh…and F-CK the KARL ROVE FASCIST scum!
      • LibertynFreedom4ALL
I replied at length to this John, reply seems not to have posted:-(
  • GOPGrassroots
The key is to WORK elections as election judges. As actual election workers, we can challenge voter fraud at any time. If we keep waiting for “the party” to do something, we’ll wait forever. It’s up to the individual, with individual initiative, to stand against voter fraud. What the GOP is responsible for: recruiting and educating Republicans to work in elections.
  • http://strmmedia.com/ Tamara Heater
This is BALOGNA! Oscar Meyer Select Excuses! Inappropriate behavior in New Jersey, does not dictate the rest of the county! I can tell you Stopping voter fraud is NOT the job of LE, as there is not a big enough force nation wide! This IS the citizens responsibility from top to BOTTOM! Democrats have historically served in county positions as Clerk of the courts, and supervisor of elections, and volunteer to get voter registration drives moving, and volunteer to patrol the voter polling stations ! REPUBICANS must come out in force in these same functions! Or we can repeat, B&M, Repeat, B&M, Repeat B&M!
Proudly True the vote offered training the sessions were not free you had to pay for them! There are ways every precinct and county and state and we will have to take these class if true honesty, integrity, and common sense are to rule! You have to hand it to the absurd, they did their homework over a very long period of time on setting up the great election swindle!
We can no longer cry! Time to stand and move forward! No one in their right mind can continue to listen to this absurdity and think that depravity is not around the corner to visit upon your person!
  • http://twitter.com/blogbat מרטין
Problematic theory. Why? Bush v Gore 2000. Clearly when it’s worth fighting for in the eyes of the GOP leadership, it gets done. Let’s not kid ourselves or make excuses for them.
  • WayneFarmer
I PRAY for ‘True the Vote.”
  • Michael Williams
I would argue that RNC/GOP and the DNC are in on this together! It effectively keeps their players in the game. If both parties remain virtually silent over vote fraud, they view it as an open invite to commit the fraud.
I mean, if you told two guys to go rob a bank and also made a deal that they will not face any punishments because the only real witnesses against the crimes were each other….
I also believe that the GOP commits fraud hand over fist in their own primary races to ensure that Conservatives dont upset their incumbents….they perpetrate this fraud as a deal with the DNC to remain silent. …We’re ****ed in so many ways. America is nearly gone.
  • John Beach Hubbard
Regardless, I am sure that consent decree is not worth the paper it’s written on and that the RNC could see to it that voter registration rules are enforced. Why on earth would the Republican Party allow such widespread criminal activity?
  • John Martin
Not burst the authors bubble or anything. She is 100% correct but may not be aware of the second action by both parties that have destroyed the voting process. Under the NAFTA “treaty” which is actually surrender, it clearly stated that “by the 2012 election cycle anyone inside of our borders is a citizen. All citizens at the age of majority have the right to vote”. You see NAFTA created a permanent no borders economic zone. All that was necessary was for us to read it. I did. Nobody listened.
  • bhhntr
therefore the RNC should be disbanded and reconstructed.
  • Richard C Peeples Jr
This is why the TEA party must rip itself from the RNC. PERIOD. The two parties have become one. RINOS & DINOS are the SAME THING.
  • Bill Wood
ALTHOUGH THE CONSENT DECREE EXISTS IT IS A FRAUD!! A JUDGE CAN ***NOT*** ORDER AN INDIVIDUAL TO IGNORE A FELONY.
  • Horspadi King
Legally change the name of the RNC…………..change it to the Tea Party, the Constitution Party or the Libertarian Party……………….and then vote that way. Change the name and face of the stupid party (RNC) and wouldn’t that be the answer? It would be an all new party.????

I support the death penalty for the fAG holder
  • greytstuff44
    Seriously?
These political parties are putting this on US, when it’s there own hand picked Federal Judges who are only going to rule against anything the “people” actually do within their own states, and call it “UNCONSTITUTIONAL”?
I’m beginning to believe that there is NOTHING that a single citizen can do, simply because the CAREER PARTY ELITE, have effectively neutered and subverted our Constitution, Laws, and courts; short of a complete REVOLUTION.
