Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976?Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use. Unless you are in this field of investigative journalism, especially covering extremely sensitive subjects and potentially dangerous subjects as well, you simply cannot understand the complexities and difficulties involved with this work that I face every day.

Prada toilet, Chanel Guillotine and other sculptures by Tom Sachs
Tom Sachs is an American, contemporary artist whose interest in consumerism and branding lead him to create a series of these sculptures during the mid-90′s. Using old old scraps and materials from record stores and thrift shops, he put together his first major show at New York’s Morris Healy Gallery in 1995. Titled Cultural Prosthetics, it included the now-infamous Hermes grenade and Tiffany hand-gun. Three years later, a second exhibition, Creativity is the Enemy, opened at the same gallery: sculptures with titles such as Hermes Value Meal, Prada Toilet and Chanel Guillotine.
