Alabama Supreme Court Justice Notes Evidence Presented Raises 
Serious Questions to Authenticity of Both Obama's Birth Certificates
Sheriff Joe Arpaio's and Mara Zebest's reports were included in the Petition submitted to the Alabama Supreme Court

Alabama Supreme Court Justice Tom Parker noted in the Order to Strike Hugh McInnish's Petition for Writ of Mandamus:

"Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the "short form" and the "long form" birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public."

So, Judge excuse me but myself I would quit my bench and save my country by assisting in the proper procedure and legal requirements to protect my state and nation from this fraud. They call you honorable and your few sentences are encouraging, but really, get your ass off that bench and take your retirement and save your country. I mean it. Tomorrow. The Honorable Justice Tom Parker does the honorable thing, take retirement, and see this trough and save your country. I don't see how you have any other choice, otherwise you are now criminally complicit if you don't. What part did I get wrong, knowledge or suspicion of a crime, sworn oath of office, title says Honorable and Justice and by the way the evidence suggests possible high treason by many people including the President. Judge? Your Honor? Justice Sir? I have to ask, how can you sleep ever again? If you don't do the absolutely most important thing this country ever needed and right now? You have grand kids? Children? Friends, neighbors or relatives who died for this nation? Do you still have your sacred honor? Get off your ass now, you imply you know how to do this. Do not fail your nation. You have to see this through, for your own sanity and salvation. I beg you, please help your Country. End this once and for all with the truth, honor and justice. Or God help our nation.

"I know you’ve heard the results of Arizona’s Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case investigation, as have probably everyone in the world by now.

As it primarily centered around the legitimacy of the birth certificates BARRY SOETORO presented in attempting to coerce everyone into believing he is Barack Hussein Obama, the investigation has verified that virtually ALL documents connected to the name (Obama) have
been forged. No record exists in the Hawaii Department of Health records. No record of a legal proceeding relative to any name change exists in any court case records. No immigration record of a person with EITHER name arriving in America exists.

OK, so what else is new? I knew all of this at least two years ago, as did probably 90% of those questioning his BC. For all intents and purposes, Barack Hussein Obama DOES NOT EXIST!

Fact is, he is NOT a US citizen, so whether he was 'natural born', native born, or hatched from a gooney bird egg on the steps of the White House makes no difference whatsoever! He is a traitor, he is an imposter, he is an illegal, he is a criminal! So what's going to be done about it now that a legitimate law enforcement investigation has essentially verified everything????

The proper course of action that would be applied to any other person would be for all evidential findings to be turned over to a prosecuting attorney, charges drawn up and presented to a criminal court for issuance of an arrest warrant, and the subsequent arrest effected wherever he is found.

There is no doubt that he must be charged with treason at the very least, and we know what the end result of a conviction of treason is.

The entire world now knows that America has been deceived with the help of its own government! This whole affair now lies at the feet of our federal government and every politician, every department head, every member of the administration, the legislature, federal courts, the Supreme Court, and the department of justice, along with the broadcast mainstream media is complicit in the coverup and collusion to deceive the American people, and the world.

AT THIS POINT IN TIME, THERE IS NO QUESTION THAT THE PEOPLE MUST DISSOLVE THE EXISTING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNDER THE ARTICLES OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!"
