The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations,
Federal Protective Service Acquisition Division, East Consolidated
Contracting Group has a requirement for a firearms facility within
25-miles of the Boston, Massachusetts area for use by the Federal
Protective Service, Region 1 (New England).
This requirement is
being solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 13. It
is anticipated that a single award, firm fixed-priced contract will be
established as a result of the solicitation. The contract will consist
of a 12-month base period with two consecutive 12-month options with an
additional 6-month option in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
The
NAICS code for this acquisition is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous
Schools and Instruction. The size standard is $10 Million. It is
anticipated that this procurement will be 100% set-aside for small
business concerns.
All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register CCR (http://www.sam.gov/
). Further, offerors are required to complete their Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov/
.
