First homeland security buys and stockpilies ammo all hollow point. They tell us it is for training. If she wants cuts in the budget, all she needs to do, is deported thousands of illegals, who are kept in prisons in the IS at the expense of $40,000 per prisoner per year, and she needs to return or sell these 2,700 tanks and billions of rounds of ammunition. We do not need it. We have US military to protect us
