limited to the hushed gossip of conspiracy theorists, but it turns out
the conspiracy theorists were right (again). Today in Abu Dhabi,
scientists have successfully manipulated entire weather systems,
causing up to fifty downpours of rain across the Al Ain region the
desert nation over the last year.
It's all being accomplished by a team of scientists working for Sheikh
Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of United Arab Emirates. They
have erected entire fields of giant ionizers to generate waves of
negative ions which rise into the lower atmosphere and attract dust
particles. The dust particles, in turn, attract condensation from the
ambient air, and when enough condensation is achieved, the clouds can't
hold the water anymore and a downpour of rain is unleashed. The whole
system was devices by a Swiss company named Metro Systems International.
This last year saw huge rainstorms over Abu Dhabi during July and
August -- months that are normally bone dry in the desert. The success
of the project astonished even the Max Planck Institute for
Meteorology, whose former director reportedly said, "Maybe this is a
most important point for mankind."

Where are the skeptics now?What I find really interesting in all this
is that, for decades, the so-called "skeptics" have insisted that all
this talk about weather control is pure conspiracy theory. If you tell
a typical conventional doctor that "weather control technology can make
it rain in the desert," they'll look at you as if you were some kind of
nut.
But it turns out the skeptics are getting soaked over this issue, as
usual. This technology is up and running right now, bringing rain to
Abu Dhabi at a fraction of the cost of desalination plants. The
conspiracy theorists were right yet again about the existence of

Among other applications, EMF weapons/devices are used for harassment, surveillance and mind control. Agencies like the Pentagon, CIA and NSA use them to monitor people, manipulate their minds, harm, and at times kill them. Begun in 1953, it was the code name for a secret CIA mind control program to perfect a truth drug. It followed earlier WW II hypnosis, primitive drugs research, and the US Navy's Project Chatter, identifying and testing drugs on both animal and human subjects. These and other experiments aimed to control human behavior through psychedelic and halluncinogenic drugs, electroshock, radiation, graphology, paramilitary techniques, and various psychological/sociological/anthropological methods, among others.
They comprised a vast open-field of mind experimentation, using anything that might work, legal or not on willing and unwitting subjects. For example, Dr. Ross Adey worked on the CIA's Pandora Project, using microwaves to send signals to human brains. Cataloguing the results, he showed how they affected emotional and pathological states. He also learned that human brains could be controlled remotely through extremely low frequency modulated microwave beams, able to cause psychological and physical harm.
People could be turned in zombies, their minds easily controlled. Physical harm also resulted, affecting their blood, cardiovascular system, cells, central nervous and digestive systems, glands, metabolism, reproduction, eyesight, and hearing. In addition, subjects could be made suicidal or driven mad. Moreover, sounds and speech can be placed in victims' brains, actual voices they can't control or stop.
Other effects include unexplainable burning, itching, tickling or pressure; "humming" or "buzzing" causing sleeplessness and anxiety; loss of body control, producing sudden twitching or jerking of an arm or leg; and feelings of dread, rage, lust, sorrow, or other emotions that come and go quickly.
Moreover, microwave cooking can heat people to death by increasing the radiation field intensity, causing local hot spots in eyes, gall bladders, and other body parts. Paralysis can also be induced. Memories are erased or impaired. Cancerous cells can be produced, and behavior modified the way authorities wish, even turning people into killers, microwave signals directing them. The entire mobile phone network can be used for these purposes, yet people are unaware of what's happening.
Post-WW II, human radiation experiments were conducted, affecting thousands of US citizens. Millions more were exposed to radioactive fallout from over 200 atmospheric and underground tests. At the Nevada site in the 1950s and 1960s, detonations affected over 200,000 '"atomic vets," thousands more downwind also in Nevada, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. These and numerous other physical and psychological experiments caused enormous harm to hundreds of thousands of unwitting people, victimized by their own country.
Electronic harassment and mind control technologies direct energy through lasers, radio frequency energy beams, holography, interferometry, electromagnetic radiation, radio and sound waves, satellites, radar, miniature electronic robots, smart dust, and other means. All do it invisibly over thousands of miles. They can penetrate walls, buildings, metals, concrete, mountains and thousands of miles of earth.
Intersecting energy beams create radiation pockets in victims, engineered to contain sound waves, messages, heat and pressure stress, simulated forms of electromagnetic radiation, telepathic images, as well as holographic and virtual reality simulations. The Pentagon's DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) conducted research and development in "augmented cognition," what universities call "cognitive science." It's the interdisciplinary study of how information is represented and transformed in the brain. The Pentagon's purpose was for military applications, including manipulating the emotions and behavior of adversaries.
Used globally, it's applicable individually, for crowd control, or larger groups, using millimeter waves, pulsed energy projectiles, and high power magnetic weapons, subjects unaware of what's hitting them.
The NSA's Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) involves decoding EMF waves to tap into computers wirelessly and track people. Using EMF Brain Stimulation to monitor individuals, organizations and nations, it complements the CIA/Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's Imagery Intelligence (IMINT). NSA's DOMINT can track millions of people simultaneously. It can also inflict harm, control subjects psychologically and kill.
In conflict zones like Iraq and Afghanistan, "Project Sheriff" is used to give "troops working in urban terrain more options" against combatants and noncombatants alike. Humvees and armored personnel carriers have been retrofitted with non-lethal weapons, including microwave-like pain rays (an Active Denial System) and a Long Range Acoustic Device emitting earsplitting sounds.
Pulsed Energy Projectiles (PEPs) travel nearly at the speed of light. With pinpoint accuracy, they emit invisible laser pulses, electromagnetic radiation, stunning targets, knocking them off their feet, paralyzing them in pain. Their long-term effects, however, are unknown, including on the brain.
Voice to Skull directed acoustic devices are neuro-electromagnetic non-lethal weapons, able to produce mood-altering sounds in a person's head. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) uses satellite transmitted extra low frequencies (ELF) to send voice to brain communications. Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs) are used for crowd control. They produce 150-decibel acoustic beams, "designed to communicate with authority and exceptionally high intelligibility in a 15 - 30 degree beam." They emit verbal challenges over distances beyond 500 meters, with warning tones to influence behavior. They can also inflict physical harm, manipulate minds, and cause death.
The field of Augmented Cognition includes Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), used therapeutically and for military purposes. The latter is to emit close proximity electrical impulses to the brain to affect mood, sleep patterns, and improve cognitive abilities in areas of learning, memory, attentiveness, visualization, and decision-making. The long-term neurological effects are unknown. The potential for human harm is considerable.
Transmitted over long distances, silent psychotronic weapons can cause illness or death for no apparent reason. In his 1970 book, "Between Two Ages," Zbigniew Brezezinski, discussed technologies to conduct secret warfare, saying:
"It is possible - and tempting - to exploit, for strategic-political purposes, the fruits of research on the brain and on human behavior....Accurately timed, artificially excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth....In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of a very large population in selected regions, over an extended period."
Most people know nothing about directed energy weapons, manipulating, incapacitating and killing many thousands who have no idea what hit them. America has been a longtime global offender, developing and using them for decades to surveille, harass, intimidate, manipulate, torture, and kill. They can also read minds and turn people into zombies. Why? To achieve total unchallengeable control.
So-called "non-lethal weapons" can be as harmful as killer ones. Ongoing research, in fact, is chilling. Waging war on human minds and bodies, it's morally, ethically, and legally indefensible. No mention of HAARP?
I'm a little surprised that there's no mention of this system in the article. HAARP means "High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program", a program the US in Alaska, started by one or more businesses, but which the government came to place under DoD control. It's a group of over 100 large antenna and the last that I learned of this, the government wanted to increase the number of antennas that emit radio frequencies to 300 or more. And their beams are aimed so that they join to form a much more powerful beam. I think the better informed people about this say that the total and combined power is on the order of 1 or 10 billion watts, unless it's million, rather than billion. Either way, they say that this is very powerful and that it can, in theory anyway, be used in ways Stephen Lendman's article describes, as well as for war through weather control, modification.
People who search will find plenty of articles and videos about HAARP.
I don't precisely recall which video this was, but believe it's one at either the Power Hour or at FORA TV for interviews with Dr. Nick Begich, a series of video or audio clips, and one refers to a Canadian medical doctor who uses EMF to try to help patients with psychological problems. He's also among the people who are very worried about what this technology can be used for.
Another Nick Begich-related video or set of video clips says that EMF has been proven to work for finding mineral resources, including oil, because each mineral causes a different result when the low-frequency waves hit them. The waves that bounce back indicate what was hit. If it's oil, then the wave returned is of one color, and this happens for other or all other minerals, from what the interview says. One guy interviewed about that said that he found oil this way.
As is said in the videos and articles that I've viewed and read, the technology can be used for good purposes, but it can be used for very bad, criminal purposes, as well, and mind control is one.
I'm not a scientist, but the claim or belief that HAARP's very powerful beam can be used for weather modification seems to make sense, and it apparently could also be used to cause earthquakes.
As far as I know, HAARP is the most powerful of all of this technology that Stephen Lendman's article is about.
If critics are right, then HAARP could be used by the US for warfare without anyone, except those directly involved and informed, knowing. The rest of us, this world, would not know. It would permit warfare without us knowing who's the perpetrator and if it's weather modification, then we might not even realize or guess that it's even related to warfare. It would permit highly secretive warfare.
Re. mind control:
While reading Stephen Lendman's article, I wondered if this EMF stuff used for mind control might be part of the explanation for some suicide bombers and the reason that came to mind is the following article.

That has a couple of videos in it that I haven't viewed, yet, but what the article says is very interesting and we should all know what it says. It's not about EMF technology for controlling minds or brainwashing people, but the article includes CIA and/or (US) DoD history about mind-control and it includes what apparently or else really is CIA and/or DoD manual, or doctrine. The article says what that is anyway, and this can be used to attract and then brainwash innocent people in order to turn them into suicide bombers and terrorists, f.e.
Put all of this on the Sci-Fi Channel, if it ever airs anything that is non-fiction.
Re. HAARP:
Some articles I've seen provide one or more pictures of the HAARP facility in Alaska, but the best view of this that I've seen, so far, is from a video for an investigative report produced by Jesse Ventura's "Conspiracy Theory" or Theories team. It was aired on TruTV, but there's also a video for it at Youtube, only needing to search using his name and HAARP for search terms. He and maybe another member of his team were in a helicopter or small plane that they flew to the location of the facility with, so the video provides a good aerial view of the place.
The most informative information I've seen so far on HAARP is with documentary videos with, and some by, Nick Begich, who's evidently been researching this topic for a rather very long time now. His father was a former US Senator as well as Congressman, I believe. He seems to have at least two Web sites with content on this subject, haarp.net and earthpulse.com, but doing a Google using his name or last name and HAARP will turn up many links. He also has researched, written and spoken about EMF for mind control and whether he's researched other aspects, besides weather modification and warfare, some of these videos also refer to other purposes or uses (finding mineral deposits, driving people "silly" with holographic images in the sky, et cetera).
The government took over HAARP and put it under the DoD, possibly or probably DARPA, and this was surely not for a benign or benevolant reason. It's the War Department.

Bush I declared the 1990s "The Decade of the Brain," an effort "to enhance public awareness of the benefits to be derived from brain research," keeping its dark side hidden.
The Pentagon's DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) conducted research and development in "augmented cognition," what universities call "cognitive science." It's the interdisciplinary study of how information is represented and transformed in the brain. The Pentagon's purpose was for military applications, including manipulating the emotions and behavior of adversaries.
Used globally, it's applicable individually, for crowd control, or larger groups, using millimeter waves, pulsed energy projectiles, and high power magnetic weapons, subjects unaware of what's hitting them.
The NSA's Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) involves decoding EMF waves to tap into computers wirelessly and track people. Using EMF Brain Stimulation to monitor individuals, organizations and nations, it complements the CIA/Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's Imagery Intelligence (IMINT). NSA's DOMINT can track millions of people simultaneously. It can also inflict harm, control subjects psychologically and kill.
In conflict zones like Iraq and Afghanistan, "Project Sheriff" is used to give "troops working in urban terrain more options" against combatants and noncombatants alike. Humvees and armored personnel carriers have been retrofitted with non-lethal weapons, including microwave-like pain rays (an Active Denial System) and a Long Range Acoustic Device emitting earsplitting sounds.
Pulsed Energy Projectiles (PEPs) travel nearly at the speed of light. With pinpoint accuracy, they emit invisible laser pulses, electromagnetic radiation, stunning targets, knocking them off their feet, paralyzing them in pain. Their long-term effects, however, are unknown, including on the brain.
Voice to Skull directed acoustic devices are neuro-electromagnetic non-lethal weapons, able to produce mood-altering sounds in a person's head. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) uses satellite transmitted extra low frequencies (ELF) to send voice to brain communications. Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs) are used for crowd control. They produce 150-decibel acoustic beams, "designed to communicate with authority and exceptionally high intelligibility in a 15 - 30 degree beam." They emit verbal challenges over distances beyond 500 meters, with warning tones to influence behavior. They can also inflict physical harm, manipulate minds, and cause death.
The field of Augmented Cognition includes Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), used therapeutically and for military purposes. The latter is to emit close proximity electrical impulses to the brain to affect mood, sleep patterns, and improve cognitive abilities in areas of learning, memory, attentiveness, visualization, and decision-making. The long-term neurological effects are unknown. The potential for human harm is considerable.
Transmitted over long distances, silent psychotronic weapons can cause illness or death for no apparent reason. In his 1970 book, "Between Two Ages," Zbigniew Brezezinski, discussed technologies to conduct secret warfare, saying:
"It is possible - and tempting - to exploit, for strategic-political purposes, the fruits of research on the brain and on human behavior....Accurately timed, artificially excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth....In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of a very large population in selected regions, over an extended period."
Most people know nothing about directed energy weapons, manipulating, incapacitating and killing many thousands who have no idea what hit them. America has been a longtime global offender, developing and using them for decades to surveille, harass, intimidate, manipulate, torture, and kill. They can also read minds and turn people into zombies. Why? To achieve total unchallengeable control.
So-called "non-lethal weapons" can be as harmful as killer ones. Ongoing research, in fact, is chilling. Waging war on human minds and bodies, it's morally, ethically, and legally indefensible. Continuing, however, atrocity technologies are produced, mostly without public knowledge or that governments like America use them against their own people and others. For ill, of course, not good. Dr. Mengele lives.

No mention of HAARP?
I'm a little surprised that there's no mention of this system in the article. HAARP means "High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program", a program the US in Alaska, started by one or more businesses, but which the government came to place under DoD control. It's a group of over 100 large antenna and the last that I learned of this, the government wanted to increase the number of antennas that emit radio frequencies to 300 or more. And their beams are aimed so that they join to form a much more powerful beam. I think the better informed people about this say that the total and combined power is on the order of 1 or 10 billion watts, unless it's million, rather than billion. Either way, they say that this is very powerful and that it can, in theory anyway, be used in ways Stephen Lendman's article describes, as well as for war through weather control, modification.
People who search will find plenty of articles and videos about HAARP.
I don't precisely recall which video this was, but believe it's one at either the Power Hour or at FORA TV for interviews with Dr. Nick Begich, a series of video or audio clips, and one refers to a Canadian medical doctor who uses EMF to try to help patients with psychological problems. He's also among the people who are very worried about what this technology can be used for.
Another Nick Begich-related video or set of video clips says that EMF has been proven to work for finding mineral resources, including oil, because each mineral causes a different result when the low-frequency waves hit them. The waves that bounce back indicate what was hit. If it's oil, then the wave returned is of one color, and this happens for other or all other minerals, from what the interview says. One guy interviewed about that said that he found oil this way.
As is said in the videos and articles that I've viewed and read, the technology can be used for good purposes, but it can be used for very bad, criminal purposes, as well, and mind control is one.
I'm not a scientist, but the claim or belief that HAARP's very powerful beam can be used for weather modification seems to make sense, and it apparently could also be used to cause earthquakes.
As far as I know, HAARP is the most powerful of all of this technology that Stephen Lendman's article is about.
If critics are right, then HAARP could be used by the US for warfare without anyone, except those directly involved and informed, knowing. The rest of us, this world, would not know. It would permit warfare without us knowing who's the perpetrator and if it's weather modification, then we might not even realize or guess that it's even related to warfare. It would permit highly secretive warfare.
Re. mind control:
While reading Stephen Lendman's article, I wondered if this EMF stuff used for mind control might be part of the explanation for some suicide bombers and the reason that came to mind is the following article.

That has a couple of videos in it that I haven't viewed, yet, but what the article says is very interesting and we should all know what it says. It's not about EMF technology for controlling minds or brainwashing people, but the article includes CIA and/or (US) DoD history about mind-control and it includes what apparently or else really is CIA and/or DoD manual, or doctrine. The article says what that is anyway, and this can be used to attract and then brainwash innocent people in order to turn them into suicide bombers and terrorists, f.e.
Put all of this on the Sci-Fi Channel, if it ever airs anything that is non-fiction.
Re. HAARP:
Some articles I've seen provide one or more pictures of the HAARP facility in Alaska, but the best view of this that I've seen, so far, is from a video for an investigative report produced by Jesse Ventura's "Conspiracy Theory" or Theories team. It was aired on TruTV, but there's also a video for it at Youtube, only needing to search using his name and HAARP for search terms. He and maybe another member of his team were in a helicopter or small plane that they flew to the location of the facility with, so the video provides a good aerial view of the place.
The most informative information I've seen so far on HAARP is with documentary videos with, and some by, Nick Begich, who's evidently been researching this topic for a rather very long time now. His father was a former US Senator as well as Congressman, I believe. He seems to have at least two Web sites with content on this subject, haarp.net and earthpulse.com, but doing a Google using his name or last name and HAARP will turn up many links. He also has researched, written and spoken about EMF for mind control and whether he's researched other aspects, besides weather modification and warfare, some of these videos also refer to other purposes or uses (finding mineral deposits, driving people "silly" with holographic images in the sky, et cetera).
The government took over HAARP and put it under the DoD, possibly or probably DARPA, and this was surely not for a benign or benevolant reason. It's the War Department.
