I appreciate hearing your views. As you know, Article II Section IV of the U.S. Constitution declares that the President of the United Sates can be impeached if convicted of “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” No formal documents of impeachment have been issued by the House of Representatives at this time. As a member of the House Judiciary Committee, please know that I will continue to work to uphold the Constitution and engage in the rigorous oversight of the Executive branch.
