You
folks can say what you want, but legally -- this was Felony Murder.
This video proves that police had no intention of attempting to take
Christopher Dorner alive at any time.
Police can be heard in
this video stating, several times, "Burn that fuc*ing house down!" --
this was the intentional, premeditated execution of a wanted man by the
San Berardino County Sheriff's Department.
While I don't agree
with what he did, the police had no right to burn the house down around
him intentionally. This was murder, plain and simple -- he was given no
opportunity to come out, and the police refused to do their duty to go
in to apprehend him. — in Angelus Oaks, CA.
