Paul Guthrie from Indiana United States of America has filed a 50 million dollar lawsuit against the United States and various defendants alleging that Mr. Obama is a King and not a President. The basis of Mr. Guthrie's suit is that there are four branches of government not three. There are the three branches of government, Legislative, Executive and Judicial, which represent the Positive law jurisdiction of government. Then there are the citizen parents (males and females) or "We the People" who represent the Natural Law jurisdiction which is the fourth branch of government.
Guthrie proves in his Complaint that the Positive Law authority of government can only create naturalized citizens and not natural born Citizens. Obama is a naturalized citizen due to his father not being a U.S. State citizen father who created Obama, which means that Obama is only relying upon positive law authority for his citizenship. This makes Obama to be a King, because the Title of Nobility provisions in the Constitution have not been applied to Obama which prohibit positive law authority from defining who is a natural born Citizen. This is a violation of the Constitution and rights guaranteed to U.S. natural born Citizens by the definition of natural born Citizen, the Title of Nobility provisions, and the First Amendment prohibition against the government and church combining into one and creating a monarchy form of government.
