REPORT -- The US Military Does Have the Legal and Lawful Jurisdiction to Arrest Obama

It is obviously clear. President Obama is a threat not only to the American people. He is destabilizing the United States every way he can. He did this paying for Treyvon protest trying to start race wars as one example. He is a threat to world peace. He has to be neutralized before he takes the world into an age of war and destruction. Now how can that be done? Congress can pass all the impeachment bills. The US Senate will not by two thirds vote him guilty removing him from office. Politically there is very little that can be done to interpose between Obama and him destroying the world.
So who will step in and take action to avert a disaster from happening? The usurper in the White House is the most lawless President in history that makes Nixon and Clinton look like choir boys in comparison. President Obama does not respect the Constitution and international law. He is waging war against the American people economically and shredding our Bill of Rights daily.
He is waging war against Christianity on the domestic front attacking religious freedom by forcing people of conscience to pay for Obamacare the pays for abortions. He is attacking Christians in the military daring to say the name of Jesus forcing chaplains to marry homosexuals against the moral conviction of the clergy. At the same time erecting Pagan places of worship on military installations. For this matter I call on the Patriots to relieve officers of duty and command who attack the religious freedom of the men and women in uniform. I do not care if the commander is a Buddhist and gay. He must respect and defend all faiths and conscience. If he is willing to follow an unlawful, immoral order without question that will weaken the fighting strength. Then the commanders and officers who carry these immoral orders need to be relieved of command.
President Obama is waging war on Christians in Syria, Egypt and now in Kenya. He is waging war against Christians world wide. He is a threat to the faith. He is arming the enemies of Christianity who are murdering unarmed woman and children. His actions are bringing instability to the world. He does not regard public opinion at all when it comes to gun control when the people are buying guns in record numbers and the citizens reluctance to go to war with Iran and Syria. Obama is a dangerous loose cannon that must be stopped.
First, Obama may be a natural born US Citizen because he was born in Hawaii. But he renounced his US citizenship becoming an Indonesian citizen taking on the name Barry Soetoro. His records are sealed where we do not know his immigration and naturalization records documenting repatriation or if he is a US citizen. Therefore he might be ineligible to hold office. Obama by his actions says he is an agent of a foreign power working against the United States. He is a domestic enemy of the United States.
He is arming Al Qaeda. The same terrorist that killed and maimed soldiers and Marines in Iraq and Afghanistan. Obama’s half brother is being funded by the CIA to fund the Muslim brotherhood. Obama’s cousin Odinga is destabilizing Kenya. Odinga was given advice from Obama when he was a US Senator on how to cause havoc and destabilize Kenya for political gain.
Now with this massacre in Nairobi Kenya killing Christians in a Shopping mall. Now there are calls for the TSA to be in Shopping Malls that are another gun free zone. It would not surprise me if there are shootings in the malls in the states to further a police state here. Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri was calling for small scale attacks on US soil. Al Zawahri is a CIA backed operative who was behind the assassination of Egyptian President Anwar Sadat. Obama is the head of the Muslim Brotherhood and backs AL Qaeda therefore must be taken down and brought to justice.

Treason is the only crime defined in the Constitution written in Article 3 section 3 saying:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
President Obama is commiting treason daily against the Americans people waging war every way possible to weaken our republic. He is involved in insurrection and rebellionagainst the laws of the Union.

Under Article 6 section 3 of the US Constitution all branches in government are bound to the oath as outlined

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution.
If we took the oath. We are all duty bound to uphold that oath against all enemies foreign and domestic.

Enlisted personal and Non Commissioned Officers take this oath:

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”
(Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, withamendment effective 5 October 1962).
That oath does not say to defend unconstitutional laws and illegal orders. It does not say defend a political agenda or corrupt politicians. It does not say defend the dictator. If the laws contradict the USMJ and the Constitution of these United States. The people in the Armed forces are duty bound not to carry out the order.
We are very unique because our oaths are not to a person. But to the US Constitution. The people who written the Constitution and requiring an oath of affirmation to support and defend the Constitution. Not a monarchy. They knew the British Redcoats were bound to the will of the King. Not to any morals. They had to follow the decrees of the King without question. We do not serve a monarchy. We never swore to a dictator. We serve the cause of freedom defending and preserving our Constitution. Our oath to preserve, protect and defend out Constitution is a vital check and balance againsttyranny and despotism. The UCMJ requires us to follow lawful orders and not illegal edicts that goes against the law of the land

BOSTON — President Barack Obama’s father was forced to leave Harvard University before completing his Ph.D. in economics because the school was concerned about his personal life and finances, according to newly public immigration records.
Harvard had asked the Immigration and Naturalization Service to delay a request by Barack Hussein Obama Sr. to extend his stay in the U.S., “until they decided what action they could take in order to get rid of him,” immigration official M.F. McKeon wrote in a June 1964 memo.

Harvard administrators, the memo stated, “were having difficulty with his financial arrangements and couldn’t seem to figure out how many wives he had.”

An earlier INS memo from McKeon said that while the elder Obama had passed his exams and was entitled on academic grounds to stay and complete his thesis, the school was going to try and “cook something up to ease him out.”
“They are planning on telling him that they will not give him any money, and that he had better return to Kenya and prepare his thesis at home,” the memo stated.
In May 1964, David D. Henry, director of Harvard’s international office, wrote to Obama to say that, while he had completed his formal course work, the economics department and the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences didn’t have the money to support him.
“We have, therefore, come to the conclusion that you should terminate your stay in the United States and return to Kenya to carry on your research and the writing of your thesis,” Henry’s letter stated.
Obama’s request for an extended stay was denied by the INS. He left Harvard and - divorced from president’s mother - returned to his native Kenya in July 1964. He did not complete his Ph.D.
The immigration memos, contained in the elder Obama’s Immigration and Naturalization file, were given to a Boston Globe reporter in 2009 through a Freedom of Information request. The papers were first made public Wednesday by The Arizona Independent, a weekly newspaper. The Associated Press obtained copies of them on Friday.
Harvard issued a statement Friday saying that it could not find in its own records anything to support the accounts given in the INS memos.
“While we cannot verify accounts of conversations that occurred nearly 50 years ago, a review of our existing files did not find any support for either the language or the implied intent described by the U.S. government official in the government documents,” the statement read.
When Obama was attending Harvard, the school faced serious constraints in financing research by international graduate students, the university also said.
Department of Homeland Security spokesman Matt Chandler declined to comment Friday, saying the department does not comment on specific immigration cases.
Concerns about Obama’s personal life while he had been studying in the U.S. had been raised previously, according to the INS documents.
In 1961, while he was an undergraduate student at the University of Hawaii, the school’s foreign student adviser called an immigration official and said Obama had recently married StanleyAnn Dunham - the president’s mother - despite already having a wife in Kenya.
According to a memo written by an INS official in Honolulu, the adviser said Obama had been “running around with several girls since he first arrived here and last summer she cautioned him about his playboy ways.”
Obama told the adviser that he had divorced his wife in Kenya.
He told the president’s mother the same thing, though she would later learn it was a lie.
Obama worked for an oil company and as a government economist after returning to Africa, but his personal and professional life would later deteriorate. He died in a car crash in 1982, when the future president was 21 and a student at Columbia University.

Obama and Clinton Blocked Military Rescue Efforts in Benghazi

As FOX News begin releasing more information, we are getting confirmation of some of what we suspected.

One of the big things is that the block on sending in a rescue force came from Obama and Clinton who didn’t want to offend the new government of the country that they had been bombing for months. And lives were lost.

On the night of the Benghazi terror attack, special operations put out multiple calls for all available military and other assets to be moved into position to help — but the State Department and White House never gave the military permission to cross into Libya, sources told Fox News.
“They had no plan. They had no contingency plan for if this happens, and that’s the problem this is going to face in the future,” one source said. “They’re dealing with more hostile regions, hostile countries. This attack’s going to happen again.”
Under normal circumstances, authorities in Benghazi would have fallen under the chief of mission, one source said — the person in charge of security in the country who in this case was Stevens. But once Stevens was cornered and members of his security detail pushed his distress button, that authority would have been transferred to his deputy. However, that deputy was out of the country.
That meant the authority then reverted directly to the U.S. State Department, and oversight of the response to the attack that night fell to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Undersecretary of State Patrick Kennedy, who were calling the shots.
Sources said that shortly after the attack began around 9:40 p.m., special forces put out the calls for assets to be moved into position.
“What that does is that enacts … every asset, every element to respond and it becomes a global priority,” one source said. “I would tell you that was given and the only reason it was given is because of special operations pack.”
However, the source said, “Assets did not move.”

The failure of the State Department or White House to give the military permission to go into Libya, according to the source, only accentuates the significant breakdown in communication among the State Department, military, CIA and White House.

The source keeps claiming confusion, but I don’t think the issue was confusion. Benghazi didn’t lack protection because of money. As has been shown repeatedly, State was swimming in money that it was wasting on ridiculous projects, including art galleries, mosque renovations and green energy.
Instead Clinton decided to outsource protection to the local Muslim Brotherhood militias and keep American security forces to a minimum to avoid offending the locals. Military force was held up for the same reason. It’s the same reason that our national security is shot.
Not offending Muslims is the closest thing to a coherent theme that Obama’s foreign policy has. That was the theme that got Americans killed in Benghazi.

Report: DHS Failed to Deport Boston Terrorist After 2009 Assault Conviction

One of the Chechen terrorists who carried out the Boston Marathon bombings should have been deported years ago after a criminal conviction, as called for by U.S. immigration law.
Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old killed in a wild shootout with police, was a legal U.S. resident who nevertheless should have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence conviction, according to a Judicial Watch source.
That means the Obama administration’s DHS division missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev, but did not abide by Federal immigration law and let him stay. It is an especially remarkable oversight, as his crime was committed in his first several years in the country – a more egregious violation by an immigrant. Tsarnaev came to the U.S. on a tourist visa in 2006. U.S. immigration law is clear on this subject:

Conviction of a crime involving “moral turpitude” during the first five (5) years after being admitted to the U.S. carries a penalty of deportation. “Moral turpitude” crimes include theft crimes such as burglary and possession of stolen property, or violent crimes such as assault and battery. Even if a legal resident was not sentenced to jail time, they are deportable if the crime committed could have resulted in a sentence of one year or more in jail.

Failure to enforcement immigration law against violent criminals has become a disturbing pattern during the Obama Administration. In Obama’s first 3 years alone, thousands of criminal illegal aliens were released from detention – with thousands of crimes being committed by the aliens as a result – including 19 murders and 142 rapes.

This is why SWA has always said we do not have a “broken immigration system”, but rather a broken deportation system – and never worse than under this Administration. As with the other victims of Obama’s detainee releases, had DHS followed the law and deported Tsarnaev, four people would still be alive today.
The failure to deport Tsarnaev is especially stunning given the long history of Chechen Muslim terrorism, which one would expect would subject any Chechens granted refugee status to enhanced observation by immigration authorities.
In 1995, al Qaeda setup a camp in Chechnya—ordered by Osama bin Laden—to train “international terrorists” to carry out plots against Americans and westerners.

In 2004 Chechen Islamic militants attacked a school in Beslan, North Ossetia, Russia and they murdered 380 children, parents, teachers and visitors after holding more than 1,000 captive for three days.
In 2004, U.S. security officials released a report that a group of 25 Chechen terrorists illegally entered the United States from Mexico. There’s no telling how many of these Chechen terrorists have infiltrated the United States or how many opportunities the government has missed to protect the country by deporting them.

REPORT: FBI Investigated Boston Terrorist in 2011 After Foreign Warning – and Cleared Him

The disaster which is this government’s incompetence in dealing with imminent jihadist threats gets even worse.
Earlier today, we reported on how DHS failed to deport Chechen Muslim terrorist Tamerlan Tsarnaev in 2009, despite his domestic violence assault – a deportable action under U.S. immigration law.
Now CBS is reporting that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigated Tsarnaev two years ago “at the request of a foreign government” that thought he had ties to terrorism – and cleared him .
CBS reported that the FBI initially DENIED this investigation had occurred – until Tsarnaev’s own mother appeared on Russian TV to provide embarrassing details into the inquiry.

An FBI official has confirmed that the bureau interviewed Tamerlan Tsarnaev, one of two suspected Boston Marathon bombers, in 2011 at the request of a foreign government that suspected he had ties to a terrorist organization. The interview was conducted by the FBI in Boston, said the official. The investigation found “no derogatory information” and the case was closed, according to the official, who refused to identify the country or the terrorist organization.

CBS’ John Miller said this ‘foreign government’ was undoubtedly Russia, who has felt the brunt of savage Chechen Muslim attacks over the past 15 years. In 2004 Chechen Islamic militants attacked a school in Beslan, North Ossetia, Russia and they murdered 380 children, parents, teachers and visitors after holding more than 1,000 captive for three days.
And other reports detail how Russia repeatedly warned the United States against its insane policy of granting Chechens asylum and refugee status.
The elder Tsarnaev brother, 26 – who was killed by police last night – was investigated and even interviewed by the FBI in 2011, before being cleared. Yesterday it was revealed that Tsarnaev returned to Chechnya for six months last year, reportedly to receive jihadist training. He also had ties to a radical Australian Imam who is connected to Al Queda.
In 1995, al Qaeda setup a camp in Chechnya—ordered by Osama bin Laden—to train “international terrorists” to carry out plots against Americans and westerners. Bin Laden liked Chechens because they were Caucasian, and thus would more easily blend into Western populations than Arab jihadists. Chechens are also known for their militant adherence to Islamic jihad…Bin Laden himself used Chechens as his personal bodyguards. The FBI should have known to take official accusations of Tsarnaev’s involvement in Chechen terrorism seriously, and also knew about Tsarnaev’s domestic assault, but like the DHS, did nothing about it and thus failed to prevent this very preventable attack. And it wasn’t the first time. The FBI interviewed Muslim Carlos Bledsoe in Little Rock, Ark., before he shot up an Army recruiting station in 2009. They also looked into jihadist mass-murderer Major Nidal Hasan before the Fort Hood shootings, and cleared him too despite clear evidence of radicalization by foreign imams.
The Feds’ blind spot for Muslim immigrants and refugees keeps putting this nation at greater risk. How can we trust them to keep us safe under a new immigration reform bill that will admit even MORE foreign nationals on visas?

As Christians we believe and honor our G-d, the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and all that He has said, done and promised to do concerning Israel and her people. What we believe is not fantasy or fairytale. Historical events serve as proof that absolutely everything that God has said in his Word, the Bible, has come to pass and therefore become truth.
Mr. President, when you were elected President of the United States, you were elected president of all the people of the United States. Therefore it is your responsibility to listen to all sides of issues and not just those you find agreeable with your understanding or philosophy. A member of the U. S. Congress once said, “Obama does not seem to understand radical Islam.” Another said that your Middle East Policy was “one of Obama’s biggest mistakes.” Both of these elected officials may be mistaken in that perhaps you do fully understand the Islamic mindset. Only time will tell.
The American people, through our elected representatives in the Congress of the United States of America, have voted almost unanimously numerous times to support the existence of the Jewish state of Israel and to maintain good relations with Israel as a vitally important ally in the protection of U. S. interests both in the United States and abroad. Standing shoulder to shoulder with Israel is in America’s best interest if we want to protect and defend our democratic values and virtues. In addition, Israel’s contribution to science, technology, medical advancements, agricultural advancements, water conservation and desalination and on and on have greatly added to the betterment of the entire world. Furthermore, we must not forget their many other monumental contributions for which a huge number of Israelis are awarded Nobel Prizes each and every year.
Israeli resilience and brilliance was promised by G-d Himself. G-d foretold through His ancient prophets – Ezekiel, Daniel and Zechariah - thousands of years ago that the Jewish people would be scattered among the nations of the world for their disobedience to His original and everlasting covenant with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses. From 170 AD to 1948 AD the Jewish people were dispersed among the nations. They were hated and persecuted but G-d said one day He would re-gather the Jewish people to their ancient homeland and restore their ancient nation. Who can refute that this truly happened? Who can refute the Holocaust and the slaughter of the Jewish people? The Zionism movement beginning around 1900 has resulted in seven million Jews returning to their ancient homeland. Never in all of those years did the Palestinians try to claim the land as their state. In the Bible the question is asked, “Can a nation be born in a day?” Obviously yes! May 14, l948 is the anniversary date of the birth of the modern State of Israel. Again the Bible is true and and history agrees.
Mr. President, G-d’s promise to Abraham in a covenant given to him by G-d was that the land of Israel would belong to the Jewish people as “an everlasting possession.” G-d also promised to protect and preserve the restored nation which He has done in the miraculous military victories of the Independence War, the Six-Day War of l967 and the Yom Kippur War of l973. We must never forget G-d’s promise through the prophet Amos that He will never again allow the restored nation of Israel to be defeated or destroyed. Ezekiel also prophesied that a military coalition led by Persia (today’s Iran) and Russia will come against Israel to try “to wipe Israel off the face of the map.” However, G-d will not allow this to happen. In fact, He has promised to rain fire down from heaven to defeat those coalition armies which come against Israel.
News reports tell us that your Secretary of State, John Kerry, has now made ten visits to Israel to hold talks with both Israeli and Palestinian leaders in an attempt to establish a “two-state solution” which will supposedly end their conflict. Secretary Kerry has stated that working for this Middle East peace is “a tough process” but he also cited that progress in the talks has been made. Of course Secretary Kerry is compelled to project something positive. He certainly cannot admit that there has really been no progress without jeopardizing his legacy. To his credit, he has admitted that the disputes are unresolved after more than 20 rounds of negotiations. He could have truthfully added that the disputes between Jews and Arabs are still unresolved after four thousand years.
Christians know that G-d will never allow an Arab-Muslim-Palestinian state to be established on the land He deeded to the Jewish people as “an everlasting possession.” In short, a Palestinian state is not in G-d’s plan if it means establishing it on Israeli soil. Perhaps Jordan or another Arab country with land mass in abundance would consider carving out a tiny piece of real estate for the establishment of a Palestinian state. After all, Israel is no larger than one of America’s smallest states, New Jersey, which measures approximately 7800 square miles. By contrast, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is over 44,000 square miles which means Israel could fit five times into the state of Pennsylvania.
Mr. President, why are you and Secretary Kerry wasting time, effort and the hard-earned finances of American taxpayers on trying to bring about a “two-state solution” to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict when it is not in G-d’s plan now or in the future? With all due respect Mr. President, perhaps it would be beneficial for you to study the miraculous history of Israel and the Jewish people. It would help you to understand that as much as you and Secretary Kerry want to achieve a peace agreement between the Jewish and Arab peoples and to establish a Palestinian state on Israeli soil, you are simply working in futility against the G-d of Israel, Who is also the G-d of the Universe. He has given all of the land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea to the Jewish people as “an everlasting possession” and everlasting means both now and in the future.
Bible believing Christians pray daily for the peace of Jerusalem. The Bible says that we should. We also pray daily for you and the leaders of our country that you make decisions and act with Godly wisdom. America is the most G-d-blessed country in the history of the world. Mr. President, if you wish for your legacy as a leader to be among history’s greatest, let me suggest that you take the bold and correct position and move the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem thereby recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. G-d promised He will bless those who bless Israel and, at this point in time, what greater blessing could you possibly bestow upon Israel (and thus America) than to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish State?

I know it’s early to talk about the 2016 presidential race, but that’s only true for normal people: ideologues of one sort or another like me and my Twitter followers are already deep into it, and with good reason. That’s because the stakes have never been higher. It’s important who sits in the Oval Office, yes, but this time around it’s crucial – because the survival of our republic, the future of constitutional government in America, and the peace of the world hinges on it. And that dark cloud on the presidential horizon, which is already casting a huge shadow over the political landscape, is none other than Hillary Clinton.
Hillary is bad on … everything. From foreign policy to civil liberties to you-name-it, she’s the ultimate Un-libertarian. And I’m not just talking about her formal positions on the issues, although those are horrific enough: it’s her self-righteous mien in taking those positions, her moralistic preening combined with a sensible-shoes "pragmatism" that really does more than merely irk. Indeed, it points to a fanaticism with religious roots which, as Murray Rothbard pointed out in a trenchant essay, energizes Saint Hillary with a theological fire aimed at remaking the world by stamping out "sin."
Now you may think this impulse is limited to the Religious Right, and, indeed, they are the most well-known proponents of this faith-through-politics approach, but what our "mainstream" media leaves out of this pat theory is the existence of the Religious Left – an equally fanatic ideology that has its roots in the nineteenth century "Social Gospel" epitomized by the pious Methodism that infused young Hillary when she was just a wee harridan.
Methodism was the chief expression of a peculiarly American religious movement: post-millennial pietism (PMP), which holds that Christ will not return until and unless the thousand-year Kingdom of God is established on earth. Not only that, but it is the duty of all Christians to ensure that the Kingdom is established, and, since failure to do so threatened their own salvation, the PMP’ers did not shy away from using the State to bring about this happy event. Human beings, not God or His Angels, will usher in the Kingdom, they believed, and by their actions provoke the Second Coming. That’s the theology: its political expression was the stamping out of "sin."
In the old days, this meant, as Rothbard put it, outlawing "virtually any form of enjoyment." Our modern day secularized version, however, defines it as eradicating any sort of political incorrectness: e.g. "greed," "inequality," high-sugar drinks, "racism" (very broadly defined, to be sure). In the foreign policy realm this means a holy crusade against “terrorism” – and indeed any government or non-state actor anywhere on earth that defies Washington’s diktat.
Hillary the crusading harridan is the perfect embodiment of this tenacious evil. It was she who hounded Bill into bombing the Serbs in the name of "humanitarianism," which resulted in the murder of over 5,000 people – and culminated in the establishment of the very first European state whose chief executive could credibly be charged with organ-trafficking. It was Hillary who carried the banner of the War Party during the 2008 Democratic primaries, refusing to repudiate her avid endorsement of the Iraq war – even when it was politically expedient to do so, and long after the rest of the country had rendered judgment on that unmitigated disaster. Her tenure as Secretary of State was marked by a series of "humanitarian" interventions, not only in Libya – where a phony never-was-going-to-happen "humanitarian disaster" supposedly threatened Benghazi (of all places!) if we failed to overthrow Qadaffi – but also in Syria, where she angled to get the Obama administration to sign on to full-bore regime change. Out of office, she did not disappoint: while Obama was fulfilling her Syrian agenda, or trying to, her quasi-religious post-millennialism came right to the fore:
"The Assad regime’s inhuman use of weapons of mass destruction against innocent men, women and children violates a universal norm at the heart of our global order, and therefore it demands a strong response from the international community, led by the United States."
Ah yes, Our Global Order – otherwise known as the Kingdom of God on Earth.
And because the Guardians of Our Global Order are charged with such a heavy responsibility – the enforcement of Global Virtue – we’ll have none of this nonsense about "civil liberties," which is, after all, just shorthand for License to Commit Sin. Hillary quite naturally hates the Internet, as her response to Matt Drudge’s outing of her husband’s dalliances made all too clear:
"We’re all going to have to rethink how we deal with the Internet. As exciting as these new developments are, there are a number of serious issues without any kind of editing function or gatekeeping function."
Word choices are important: they tell us everything we need to know about what somebody is really thinking, and in this case the word "gatekeeper" veritably leaps off the page at us: it’s Saint Hillary standing guard at Heaven’s Gate, warding off Satan and his legions.
If you thought the NSA was invading your privacy in the Age of Obama, just wait until the Reign of Queen Hillary is inaugurated. The Clinton Restoration will mean the effective end of any effort to "reform" or abolish the NSA’s massive data collection: indeed, the Panopticon is the perfect device for a left-postmillennial pietist like Hillary. How else can we enforce Virtue unless the State knows everything about everyone? When the Snowden controversy arose, she was quick to condemn him and his actions as "outrageous," even going so far as to berate China’s authoritarian regime for not acting in character and detaining him.
With these illiberal opinions, one wonders how Hillary imagines she’ll get the nomination of a party supposedly dominated by the "left." The answer is because the left today has nothing to do with liberalism as it’s been understood historically: the movement, renamed "progressivism," has been taken over by technocrats, Goldman Sachs, and the "left"-wing post-millennial pietists referred to above.
Ditching the old liberalism for identity politics and a neoconnish foreign policy, the Clintonian Democrats are revving up their engines for Hillary’s 2016 run, with the organizational apparatus already being moved into place. Combining an insufferable moralism with mind-boggling corruption, the Clintons and their supporters represent the darkest – and most depressing – future imaginable.
The idea of Hillary’s inevitability as the Democratic nominee seems to me indisputable: there are too many urban "hip" feminists named April and Heather and their multitude of boyfriends who just can’t wait for The First Woman President. This is their idea of "making history" – just as the election of Barack Obama made the kind of history no advocate of peace and civil liberties could possibly celebrate.
As Julian Assange put it:
"The only hope as far as electoral politics… presently, is the libertarian section of the Republican party. The libertarian aspect of the Republican Party is presently the only useful political voice really in the U.S. Congress… [I] am a big admirer of Ron Paul and Rand Paul for their very principled positions in the US Congress on a number of issues."
Notice how quickly what passes for the "left" dropped Assange after this endorsement. And note how both the Pauls have been subjected to a blizzard of vicious attacks by people who have made a cottage industry out of smearing libertarians. The Rachel Maddows and Jamie Kirchicks of this world have a lot more in common than is readily apparent.
Both the "right" and "left" wings of the War Party are united in their hatred for libertarianism: from the neocons to the neo-liberals, from Jennifer Rubin to Joan Walsh, the libertarian-haters are out in full force, these days – and that’s a good thing.
It’s good because of Raimondo’s First Dictum: By their enemies shall ye know them. Our enemies are some of the worst, most corrupt authoritarians in this country, and their apologists are working day and night to destroy what Assange rightly calls "our only hope." We ought to wear their undying enmity as a badge of honor – and work tirelessly to mobilize an awakened America against them.

Former Hillary Press Secretary Refuses to Agree Alger Hiss Was a Communist

How is it that liberals keep getting tripped up by the Alger Hiss Soviet spy case over 75 years after it happened? MSNBC host Karen Finney raised eyebrows yesterday when she hung up on conservative talk-show host Hugh Hewitt after she turned down several chances he offered to acknowledge that the late Alger Hiss was a Communist. He barely got to the point of discussing if Hiss was a spy for the Soviet Union.
Finney, a former head of communications for the Democratic National Committee and a former press secretary for Hillary Clinton, was invited on Hewitt’s show to discuss her statement that Senator Ted Cruz’s attacks on Obamacare are reminiscent of the “fear stoking” of Joe McCarthy, who she said “also wanted to take his country back. Then, it was from the Communists, who had supposedly infiltrated it.” She said that while Cruz was focused on a different issue his “rhetoric sounds eerily the same” as McCarthy’s.
This prompted Hewitt to test Finney’s attitudes on and knowledge of the Cold War. Here is some of Politico’s blow-by-blow account.

Hewitt kicked off his interview with Finney by asking, “Did any communists infiltrate the United States government?”
“I think if we go back to the McCarthy hearings, it’s pretty clear that he created a culture of paranoia and fear that people later recognized, they sort of bought into it and then recognized that it was absolutely misplaced,” Finney told Hewitt. “That’s the point.”
“But Karen, did any communists infiltrate our government?” Hewitt asked.
Finney asked Hewitt to “go ahead and name them,” and Hewitt replied, “Can you? I’m trying to figure out if you know if any of them did.”
Finney likened his question to the same concept as “Michele Bachmann accusing my friend Huma Abedin of being in the Muslim Brotherhood because somebody she may have known, who may have known, may have known somebody.”
Hewitt, meanwhile, said the two statements weren’t at all alike, and it was “just a historical question” he was asking. The radio host then first posed the question he would repeatedly ask Finney during the five-minute interview.
“Was Alger Hiss a communist?” he asked.
Finney responded, “I understand where you’re going with this, and I get why you want to do this, but again, I think that’s distracting from the point I was trying to make.”

Hewitt tried for several more minutes to engage Finney on the issue. “This is astonishing. You can’t bring yourself to say that Alger Hiss was a Communist spy,” he concluded. He then posed it one more time, whereupon Finney hung up on him. “She can’t deal with that question. I am flabbergasted, I am astonished,” Hewitt concluded. “She has a show on MSNBC called ‘Disrupt’ and she can’t handle a little tiny question about Alger Hiss.”
Finney insisted later that “I answered — Hewitt was interested in a shout fest not an honest conversation.”
What is astonishing is that some liberals still can’t have an honest conversation about Alger Hiss, a top State Department official who accompanied FDR to the Yalta Summit in 1945 and was instrumental in the creation of the United Nations. I don’t believe Finney, a savvy operator, didn’t know who he was. Instead, as former Washington Post editor Susan Jacoby wrote in her book on Alger Hiss, the case “strikes chords located along ideological fault lines” to this day.
Back in 1996, the Hiss case forced President Clinton to withdraw his candidate to become the country’s top spymaster at the CIA. Tony Lake, who then directed the National Security Council, told NBC News that the evidence against Alger Hiss was “inconclusive.” His office then refused to make any other comment on the issue.
After a firestorm of protest in which such liberal notables as Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan said it was clear Hiss had been guilty, Lake’s nomination for CIA director was withdrawn. Even a liberal observer such as Chris Matthews (now with MSNBC) said it was astonishing that anyone would take the view that Hiss, who was convicted on two counts of perjury because the statute of limitation on espionage had expired, could be viewed as anything less than guilty. Matthews points out that John F. Kennedy, then a young congressman, was convinced of Hiss’s guilt. “This is not a case of liberal vs. conservative,” Matthews concluded. “It is a matter of clearing up Tony Lake’s sense of history.”
Apparently, we still have to clear up the historical perspective that some of today’s liberals have about the Cold War and the seeming inability some of them have to acknowledge that there were Communists in government back then — and that that fact is distinct from Joe McCarthy’s endlessly cited excesses.

SHOCK: FBI, DHS Were Warned About Boston Terrorist SIX MONTHS Ago – And Failed to Act

The failure of the Obama Administration’s security services to properly investigate jihadist threats, despite clear prior warnings – as with the Ft. Hood massacre and now the Boston attacks – continues to be exposed.
As we reported on April 19, the FBI was warned by a “foreign government” – reportedly Russia – that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a “follower of radical Islam” with a potential for “terrorist activities”. The FBI personally interviewed him, and then cleared him. As we reported, the FBI initially denied that they had investigated Tsarnaev – until an interview with his mother on Russian TV exposed their denial as a farce.
In addition we reported how Tsarnaev, a Chechen “refugee”, had been arrested for domestic assault in 2009 – a violent incident that caused the DHS to deny his application for citizenship (which his younger brother obtained). We reported how DHS failed to deport Tamerlan Tsarnaev for his assault, as U.S. immigration law allowed.
Now today, it gets even worse, as NBC News has reported that Russian security services just six months ago – in November 2012 – again warned the FBI about Tsarnaev after his 6-month trip to Dagestan.
This stunning news details that the FBI was warned after Tsarnaev was seen meeting – six times – with a person involved in militant Islamic underground movement in Dagestan. This Islamist leader, Gadzhimurad Dolgatov (who also went by the name Amir Abu Dujana) was killed after a fierce gunbattle with Russian security forces in Dagastan in December 2012
The visit “would lead one to believe that that’s probably where he got that final radicalization to push him to commit acts of violence and where he may have received training” in terrorist techniques, U.S. House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Mike Rogers told NBC.
Tsarnaev also was discovered to have posted videos featuring Dolgatov on his YouTube account. (see screenshots below)

As in 2011 – once again the FBI took no action, but unlike in 2011, did not even get back to the Russian security services with an updated report on Tsarnaev.
He apparently just dropped off their radar screen – until last week in Boston, of course.
But that was not the only clue to U.S. security services that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a poitential threat, according to the UK’s DailyMail…

Security sources have also said that that officials at the Department of Homeland Security became interested in Tamerlan in 2012, after he spent seven months in Russia, from January to July. A DHS source suggested to MailOnline that Tamerlan was on the radar of agents in Boston after he returned to the U.S. Federal law enforcement officials reportedly received tips in 2012 expressing concern over radical, anti-American Muslims at a mosque in Boston, the source said.

So what happened? Here we have a non-citizen “asylum” seeker, with a prior record of domestic violence, who had been denied citizenship, who had been named – twice by a foreign security service as a potential terrorist, and who traveled back to the very region that he and his family had supposedly “fled” from as “refugees” years earlier, and which is a hotbed of radical Islamic activity.
In addition, not only was he witnessed being in the company of a terrorist overseas, but also been suspected of “radical” activity at a mosque in Boston.
And the FBI and DHS did absolutely nothing? No further surveilance? No detention or deportation? Why did they even let him back into the country after 6 months in Dagestan? And how could the FBI who investigated Tsarnaev – twice – and interviewed him face-to-face on at least 3 occasions, not be able to recognize his face from surveillance video for 4 days after the Boston Marathon bombings – even with billion dollar facial recognition software – and released his photo to the public instead of staking out and detaining him?
We may hear logical explanations for all this in the next weeks and months, but we highly doubt any stories can justify this massive intelligence failure that permitted the Boston attacks to go ahead unimpeded.
But looking ahead, and knowing that the ‘Gang of Eight’ immigration amnesty bill before the Senate right now will permit MORE anylum visas from terror-sponsoring nations like Chechnya, Dagestan, Libya, Syria and elsewhere, how on Earth can we trust the FBI and DHS to protect us from any potential Muslim jihadists among them?
We can’t. Which is why the ‘Gang of 8′ bill must be scrapped, we must SHUT DOWN the issuance of foreign visas, and Congress must fully investigate this case, and the entire visa system to make sure it is completely safe before putting Americans in harm’s way again.

If YOU stand with Gov. Brewer and Sheriff Joe and against illegal immigration and want to see the border secured, the rule of law upheld and amnesty for illegals stopped, then put your name where your heart is, and join the 170,000 who have signed the petition…
