IAF strikes Gaza following rocket attacks

Strikes are in response to rocket attacks from Gaza on Saturday afternoon; sirens sound across southwestern Israel.

The Israel Air Force carried out an air strike on three terror sites in the Gaza Strip and two weapons manufacturing sites, as well as a terror site in central Gaza, according to the IDF Spokesperson's Office.
The strike was in response to rocket attacks from Gaza earlier in the day. Direct hits were identified.

On Saturday afternoon, two rockets fired from Gaza hit the Hof Ashkelon regional council. A Code Red rocket alert siren was heard in the area shortly before the projectile fell. 
There were no reports of damage or injury following the attack.
Earlier on Saturday, the Israeli Air Force attacked 2 targets in the Gaza strip after a rocket was launched into Israel in the morning.
The IAF attack targeted terrorists in the southern Gaza strip.
The Saturday morning rocket landed in Israel around 5 a.m, after a code red siren alerted in western Negev communities.
