An Egyptian man convicted of raping 18 children was hanged on a gallows in the parking lot of a Kuwaiti prison. According to the evidence presented at his trial, Hajjaj Saadi had lured 18 young children, both boys and girls, onto rooftops in the Hawalli area of Kuwait, where he raped them.
